The rooms were amazing! Massive amount of space. Very clean and well kept. Very large and comfortable bed. Even a hot tub / jacuzzi in the room. The room I was in was like 6 out of a 5. That was well done! However....I don't know if it is a long term housing for low income people but....the situation at this motel is very awkward. Each morning, there seems to be a community "gathering" by the main entrance. Several residents will get together and have a VERY long talk and or, rip around the parking lot in dirt bikes. So don't plan on sleeping in. It makes it incredibly uncomfortable walking to and from your vehicle, getting looks like you're an outsider. I don't know if this is a motel with long term guests, or low income housing that also offers a few rooms for transient visitors. Either way, it is a real shame, because the rooms were absolutely top notch and much, much better than the price would suggest.

There was bugs in my room, not bed bugs tho. Very noisy place seems some rooms were long term, very noisy with kids running around a lot but for the price it was fine.
Upon arriving, we were approched saying they were 420 friendly, as they were partying in middle parking lot, smoking marijuana....REALLY.....Hallways smelled of marijuana. Did not feel safe at all, Managers were very unfriendly, never once talked to me. The guy that checked me in was not sober at all. Other residents that live there played music all night long, Police came and arrested someone in middle of night. The only good person there was cleaning lady, god bless her for having to work there...
Would not reccommend
The curb appeal of this place was absolutely horrendous it was dirty uncapped lawn chairs grills pop cans everywhere debris to the entrance of the Hotel curtains hanging out of the window people hanging out of the windows coloring out homeless sitting in their cars in the parking lot sitting in a Lobby looking at you as you came in didn't really want to stay there but it had already paid for it in advance and everything else around there was booked for the venue that I was at. The website for this property needs to be taken down because what you advertise is not what you're walking into
The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Most of the guests live there as residents and hang out outside in front. Most of them are retired or near retired age. I found the residents to be polite and respectful during the quiet hours early in the morning and in the evening after 8pm. The motel isn't fancy, but the bed was extremely comfortable, as were the sheets, pillows, and blankets. They seemed new, or near new. The internet is very slow, but just fine to stream YouTube and Netflix. While I was a little disappointed by the single washer/dryer combo, I did understand that there was not a real laundry room. There is no smoking in the building and I never smelled smoke inside the building. No stale or old lingering cigarette smell at all. The hallways do smell like Ramen noodles for some reason, but it's not offensive, just odd. Check in and out was easy. The property delivers a high quality, low budget experience. I would recommend and stay here again without hesitation.
I booked this property through Hotels.com based on the photos and description provided. Unfortunately, my experience did not match my expectations.
The room initially appeared clean, but many aspects of the property felt dated and poorly maintained. Several amenities in the room were either damaged or not functioning as expected. The window and window screen appeared to be secured with electrical tape, which did not inspire confidence in the overall upkeep of the property.
One detail that stood out was that the room trash can appeared to be a repurposed cat litter bucket lined with a garbage bag. While functional, it felt out of place in a guest room and contributed to my concerns about the property’s condition.
I also encountered a strong odor throughout portions of the property that I found unpleasant. Additionally, interactions and activity around the motel made me feel uncomfortable during my stay.
Staff informed me that housekeeping may enter rooms unless guests specifically request otherwise. Because of this, I chose to take my valuables with me whenever I left the room.
The property appears to have a mix of short-term guests and long-term residents. During my stay, I observed vehicle repairs being performed on-site, which added to the unusual atmosphere.
If you are looking for a basic, budget-friendly place to sleep for a night, this property may meet your needs. However, travelers seeking a well-maintained hotel for an extended stay may want to consider other op
