Very bare bones hotel, nice and cheap. Had issues with the room losing power and found a cockroach. But the staff was OUTSTANDING. They were very helpful with every problem that arose and definitely did a great job running the hotel by themselves for the most part.
I'm aware it's responsible but I didn't even stay in the room it was no pillow cases or sheets on the bed TV wasn't working no wifi I was going to ask for a refund but little dude was busy as hell didn't want to add to commotion
Made a reservation for a kingsize bed, walked into a fullsize bed. Tried to talk to the check in lady to tell her I made a reservation and give her my confirmation number and was responded with "need your IDs" handed them back said heres your room, never made eye contact and seemed rude. There were a few other staff members that were nice though! Bayshore is close by and is nice to look around but other than that, not a great place.

Entry door not secure, had to lock it inside. Bathroom door knob falling off. Window didn’t close securely. Heater worked fine. Shower fine. Toilet fine.

Initially was given the keys to a room already occupied. Then, the second room we were given was unclean, found a blade above the bed, and unclean sheets.

We stayed because it was cheap and close to a concert venue. It’s very run down and not the best. Would not stay again.

This motel was very dirty it looked like the floors were not swept at all & the walls and ceilings were full of dirt and who knows what else. Walls are paper thin and our door looked like it was kicked in at one point and barely shut, when it did there was still a pretty big gap. The bathroom door nob was so broken you couldn’t use it. The staff were all very nice but the room itself was disgusting.

We didn’t like anything about this property. Very unsettling, half of the stuff didn’t work in the room. I 10/10 would not recommend this hotel.

The morning manager needs to talk to her staff much better in a respectful way, cursing at the staff and screaming will not get any person to do a great job. Also she need to discuss with her staff in the office not outside in front of Motel 6 where everyone can hear her yelling and screaming at them like they are nobody.

Always a great stay, always friendly and welcoming staff, never had a problem with the rooms we've stayed in, vending machines are always stocked with good snacks and the best GM Motel6 will ever have.
