The location was perfect for our needs. The beds were clean and comfortable. The room needed updating. Silverware did not accommodate the four people staying. The bar countertop had sticky spots. The furniture and rug needs updating. The rug had a huge hole.

I’ve stayed at this property before and find the location and staff to be very nice. Rooms are a nice size and prices are very affordable. This trip, however, we had a significant problem with the cleanliness of our room. The staff did put us into another room and even gave us a discount on the room price but I’m hoping this was a one off instead of a trend.

Love staying here...very convenient, clean and quiet. Parking is a little tough normally but this trip was extra challenging with the large amount of snow fall and removal being a bit delayed. Staff was very helpful shoveling out cars and assisting with stuck vehicles.

I was not sure if I would enjoy this type of property but it worked out well for us. The staff was polite and attentive. Housekeeping did a good job keeping the room clean. The room had a few minor maintenance issues but they did not distract from overall positives of our experience.

Have stayed at this property several times and really like it. Rooms are clean, spacious, kitchen is great and desk area allows for excellent working space. Only issue I have run into is parking. Tends to be a little difficult to find a space near your room if you return later in the evening depending on their nightly capacity.

Yes - we are here visiting our family for a month and we love the two bedroom suite including our dog. Also, they got us checked into a two bedroom suite for our entire stay so we didn’t have to move. I extended our trip at the last minute and they were great to accommodate and get us right away. We will be back next year for over a month and we’ll stay here! We notice that some people do not pick up after their dog. We apologize as dog lovers that people do that.

Turn down the air freshener!
The property could use some updating. I cook my own food and the options for pans and utensils is not good. I think the fry pan was ancient and when I tried to cook a piece of salmon it was smoking, burning and tons of smoke. Also, when you walk into the lobby you are smacked in the face with this horrible air freshener! It is SO strong and I'm sure toxic. I could hardly breathe and found myself holding my breath when walking through the lobby. Staff was nice.
