Nella tranquillità del borgo di Specchia Gallone, a pochi chilometri dal mare di Otranto, Porto Badisco, Castro e Santa Cesarea, nascosta in una piccola corte privata trovate "la Civetta", una casa indipendente su due piani affacciata su un verde giardino.
Al piano terra si trova la zona giorno con un grande soggiorno e una cucina abitabile, una sala giochi e, leggermente appartata, una camera matrimoniale con bagno direttamente affacciata sul giardino. Al piano superiore si accede con una comoda scala che si apre su uno spazio in comune da cui si accede al terrazzo a livello. Le camere da letto disponibili sono 3, due con letto matrimoniale ed una con due letti singoli, mentre i bagni a disposizione sono 2.
Il cuore della casa è certamente il giardino curato e il gazebo, che durante le serate estive diventa lo spazio più piacevole dove trascorrere il tempo.
