Switched rooms on us without notice.

Went to check in and they have a completely different room than we reserved. Staff at the front desk was condescending and rude when answering questions. Carpet was wet in our room. I just hope it was from a recent carpet cleaning. Would not stay there again.

Terrible, never recommend to anyone

First they have given us king eventhough they have 2 queen available. We wanted 2 queen. Bathroom shower was stopped working. Later toilet got jammed. Staff was not picking phone. later they said they don't care if water is wasted. They said its not my water. Hopeless staff and worst room service

Disappointing!

Pros: Lobby looks
Cons: Total renovation
Location: Weird to get to and nothing but noisy factories or whatever they were surrounding it. Had to drive a ways to do something.
The outside of hotel was very nice as was the lobby area. The staff was ok at checkin. We were on the 3rd floor. The elevator wax dirty. The door to our room looked ghetto. Inside was better but could use some remodeling . The bed was soft sitting down but sleeping on it was a rock!! The sheets were not soft at all so it made sleeping hard. Not outlets to use by bed. No Kleenex offered at all. The toilet kept running on and off constantly. We told the desk to fix it and said they would but never did. That night we complained again and they sent someone up. They "fixed it" and left but as soon as you flushed it went back to doing it. Had to lift up the lid and jiggle things every time. If not you could hear it all night since the bed was against the shower wall. The room felt damp and without shoes on in hall carpet felt wet. When checking out never got a receipt, or how was your stay. Just took my keys and said thank you. We got a great deal and now I can see why. One of the worst places I've ever stayed in!!!

Awful, basically comical

This location was awful from rude staff who couldn't handle all the complainants they were receiving, they had no more pillows, blankets sent to room were WET, ice bucket is kept in the closet, a mini fridge is just set out by the chair, the dresser is turned to make a "faux" with the desk located behind it. The beds are in desperate need of replacement. Parking is not well defined. There's a strange odor as soon as you leave the elevator on each floor.

The hotel was dated. They overbooked so my two rooms were on seperate floors. It was clean and in a central location.

Great hotel

Pros: I liked the bar
Cons: Only the shuttle
Location: Near the Mall of America
apart from a two,hour wait for the shuttle, this was a nice hotel

The hotel staff are un friendly. No house keeping some time. The elevator has broken. Please dont stay here, save money!

Suburban wasteland

The hotel was clean, quiet, and the staff were nice. Unfortunately, it's truly suburban with absolutely nothing in walking distance (even if there were a sidewalk)! The hotel desperately needs a refresh as well, with peeling wallpaper and dated carpet in the halls. It served its purpose but seemed a little pricey for what you get.
