Rooms was very nice and nice service, but didn’t like not having a coffee pot in the room. So I went downstairs to get coffee and got charged for it. Not cool !!!!

The property is extremely loud. I was put on the second floor, and it was definitely disturbing, especially when I wanted to sleep in until 11 or 12. The stomping and pounding and door slamming ruined my whole stay. Unfortunate, there was just too much going on for the hotel to care about this or even move me to another room. All I was told was "yea I'll go check it out." Without even calling me Sir. Very careless and the noises were coming from multiple rooms or people sadly, and at different hours.

Front desk says that They fill the coffee urn in the lobby at 5am and then at 11 am There is about 15 cups which does not last long in a hotel that probably has 80-100 rooms We went to leave at 7am NO COFFEE…. Really, would it cost that much $$$ to make a few more pots as needed Let’s try and do better management!!!

Very disappointed there was not complimentary coffee early in the morning. We were told there was complimentary coffee after 11 am. What is so great about this? You have a Starbucks located in the hotel for early coffee but that certainly isn’t complimentary. Staff was not welcoming. Will not be staying here again.
