There was no Parking at all! Paid $62 for 3 nights. They had no daily cleaner so if you sleep into the afternoon your room stays unkept. We had to ask the front to come get our garbage. We had to ask for more Toilet paper because we had no one come to clean our room. Definitely would not stay here again.

I called a month in advance of our booking to ask about acceptable forms of payment. The front desk woman I spoke to on the phone told me that my friends and I could split the room if we wanted and that we could pay credit/cash/debit. Upon arriving for our booking on April 26th (at about 9pm) after a 7hr drive, the nice man at the counter said sorry but he couldn't split the room between the 3 of us or accept cash. He got the female overnight manager to come and talk to us, and she hastly said she could just cancel our booking for free, which would've meant we'd have no where to stay. This was stressful as my friends and I had taken out cash to pay for our room and took the time to call and ask about forms of payment in advance of our stay. Everything else but that, was lovely.

Way to much money for a one day stay & no continental breakfast for the price of a stay that definitely should be included... Big rip off & to be out by 11am or they charge again & yet the Marriott right across the street u can stay till noon... Highly disappointed 😞

Great stay! Location is perfect for Twins and Vikings games; walkable or even a couple blocks to the Metro. Would recommend.

Very convenient place to stay when attending an event in the theatre district. Staff 5 stars. Bed so comfortable, had not had a night without leg pain in months. Liked it so much looked for brand so I can look into purchase for home. We were on 10th floor so had a nice view and the floor/room itself was very quiet. But you will still hear outside siren noise being in a large city. The negative in this area is eating as most places don't open until 4 pm. And so many places have closed since our last visit 5 years ago.

The hotel was very nice, quiet, clean. We received a 15.00 gift voucher for being expedia members and had a lovely breakfast at Wodd and Paddle. Mohammed, the concierge was exceptional - so friendly and kind and thoughtful. He made us feel very well taken care of.

This hotel has a WiFi connection speed that could be compared to a third world country. Beyond slow. This caused the TV in the room to not work properly and disconnect from broadcasting every 15 min. The bathroom needs to have a vent as it gets really stuffy after taking a shower. Only 1 guy on the front desk was welcoming and clearly an expert in being accommodating.

The location of this hotel to the Target Center is very close. We also were able to walk to it via the inside skyway and so didn’t have to walk in the cold! The restaurant affiliated with the restaurant offered excellent food so we didn’t have to wander around looking for an alternative. We definitely would stay here again!

Convenient location to shows/dining. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable accommodations. Upgraded to premium room, was told its quieter. Could hear the room next door, so not that quiet.

The check in staff was very friendly! The room had so many stains on carpet and furniture. The business class King Suite claims to sleep 3 but there was one bed and and couch that did not convert to a sleeper sofa and there wasn’t extra bedding to even try to use the couch as a place to sleep. No windows to the outside, just an uninspiring courtyard area.
