Private & Peaceful condo, near shopping & beach.

2 bedrooms condo, sleep 6, near to down town, lake, shopping, bearskin trail and Kawaguesaga lake boat landing.
The space
2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry room, bath room, outside patio, Barbecue.
TV & WI-Fi
Big space for a trailer boat or JetSki’s.
Free parking on drive way.
2 Bicycles (1.3 miles to trail)
2 queen size beds, 1 twin size bed, 1 Folding Bed.
1 Playpen is also available.
1.8 Down town, 0.8 miles Kawaguesaga Canoe/Boat Landing
0.3 miles to public Tennis court, 1.3 miles to Public beach (Torpy Park)
0.9 to trigs and Walmart

Other things to note
Please have in mind that this the north woods. This condo is in the woods around a lot of Pine trees, so it could be a little messy outside from the pine needles some times, especially with bad weather.
Also I have a full time renter in the other side of the condo. Please try not make a lot of noises, specially after 10:00 pm .
No pet is allowed. This house never had any pets and the carpet is always clean, so please respect the rules.

Very nice
It is as described on the site. Close to downtown and the zoo. We walked to the zoo as it is close. We parked at the park right by downtown making it is to just walk around the many shops. Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our time there.
