Our bathroom didn't have a door. the toilet didn't flush. no remote to be found. the halls are filthy and stinky, needs painted and new carpet. seems to be a run down apartment complex, than a motel

This place was absolutely disgusting!!! The carpet was so dirty qe didnt take of our shoes.. sheets and bedding was stained. WE Slept on top of the blankets fully dressed , there was still garbage on our room,there was no door on the bathroom.The toilet did not flush there was ni water in the back toilet tank, when qe asked front desk he told us to fix it ourselves. The drawers had food crumbs , curtain were torn,numerous people drunk outside .

This motel is in city that I grew up in, and we haven’t been back in six years and wow have things changed. We paid for 3 nights, stayed one night, and would never go back to this motel. The cleanliness and condition of the property was absolutely horrible, lots of undesirable things going on. Burn holes in bedding and carpets, garbage on floor, towels not clean, smoke smell everywhere even though supposed to be non smoking

Worst experience we've ever had at a hotel. Ended up leaving after 1 night when planning on staying for 2, even though we were unable to get a refund. Shower head was ripped off the wall, and there was no shower curtain. No towels, or even toilet paper when we got there. Room was incredibly dirty, and we slept in our clothes on top of the covers.

No tengo nada bueno que decir ya que cuando llege al hotel el de la recepcion me informo que no tenia ninguna reservacion con ellos, hice la reservacion atravez de hotels.com y le mostre el email de la reservasion pero no importo porque me dijo que no hice la reservacion con el hotel y que estaba todo lleno, hice la reservacion con tiempo el 12 de septiembre para el dia 30 de sep. hasta el 1 de octubre, ahora tengo que esperar que me devuelvan el dinero que me cobraron el 12 de septiembre a mi tarjeta
