“There were some bugs on my bed. Chairs were extremely dirty.”

“We stayed at the lake house right on Mirror Lake and what a view! Rooms were very nice and CLEAN!”

“I don’t think it was an exceptional stay like a lot of the other reviews stated. The heater is so loud when it comes on and it comes on a lot to maintain the 69-70 degrees we wanted. There were cob webs in the ceiling light and off the bathroom door. In front of our entrance door there was a big hairball and it could have used some sweeping. Would we stay there again probably not.”

“What a mess. Under construction at most of hotel. Desperate needs complete gutting and renovation. Our balcony was locked off because it was falling apart. Wanted sunset view side, but view ruined by construction and messy grounds. Room very old and yucky. Stay away.”

“The room was ok. There was too much furniture in the room for its size. The pillows are like 12in thick and the mattresses dont have protective covers on them just the bottom sheet. The sheets had some staims on them. ”

“When we got there we had to walk through two feet of snow just to get in and there was nobody there to check us in. I had to call Casey to find out what room we were staying in, she wasn’t even there. (I had called before we even got there and left a message and never got a return call.)When she did get there, I asked her if we needed to make reservations for dinner at their restaurant and she said that it was closed. I told her that the website should be updated because it said that it was……

“I had a wonderful stay; communication was great, even though no one was on site. I’ll probably go back. ”

“The place was a zoo. Kids fighting and screaming in the pool to a point of being unsafe. Staff said there was nothing they could do. Room smelled like cigarettes.”

“Our stay was wonderful! The property was just exactly how it was listed. Beds and pillows were of excellent quality. The house was clean and provided everything we needed. The owners communicated with us and attended to our needs. We definitely will be staying there again. ”
