I reserved a room and because it was after midnight the system reset my reservation to check in the following day. There were no rooms available to check me into when i arrived. Front desk said she put a note in to be refunded because of the system glitch. I did not check in or stay at your hotel. Ive contacted Hotels.com. They say the requested a refund to my account. Its January 10,2024 and i have yet to receive a refund on my card. I had to find another room to check into. I have the statement from the Hilton, where I ended up checking into.
