“The Mirabelle is an absolute gem of a find in beautiful Franschhoek. There are so many positives about this magnificent guest house! The staff are super friendly, so helpful and courteous . This is arguably the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed in. The pool is stupendous with a plethora of sun beds so no chance of being without! It’s a short walk into town so all amenities are extremely close. The breakfast is amazing with a fabulous choice of cooked options as well as a table of continental……

“The room was lovely with a central view of the pool and garden. The staff greeting us was also charming and helpful and there were little details throughout this boutique hotel that showed careful and delightful management. The nicest feature was the lighted bath mirror to provide daylight illumination to anyone getting dressed or apply makeup. So many hotels ignore this important function, even the ultra luxe. But not Les Chambres. If you have an opportunity to stay here - enjoy! It is well……

“Average stay at a good location close to franschhoek town and also the tram station. Bed sheets didn’t feel clean the first night and we had to request for a change on the second. There’s a small pool however we didn’t really get a chance to use it because there are only a limited amount of beach chairs and guests seemed to be lurking around and jumping to it whenever one became available. Management should consider having a few more chairs there. Staff were very friendly and helpful. ”

“Amazing stay and amazing staff at Avondrood. Our room was fabulous and well appointed. The included breakfast was great, and it was nice to have a bar on site for an evening drink. Avondrood is well located in beautiful Franschhoek and an easy to walk to restaurants and shops. My wife and I walked in the evening to restaurants in town and felt safe walking back at night. The setting within the Winelands is spectacular and Avondrood was a great jumping off point to explore many estates and……
