The lady at the front desk was wonderful. Extremely helpful and friendly. The room was new, clean and basic but comfortable. The he bathroom was really nice. Great location to the wine tram and only a 5 min walk to the main area of town.

Great news place to rest your head

The Neighborhood is a great place to stay in Franchooek. I’ve stayed here twice-once with my brother and once with my husband and son. The accommodations are stylish and in great condition, and the location near the wine tram can’t be beat. You can walk there and to several stores and restaurants. It’s easy to get in, and we stored our bags after checkout both times without any issues.

Great welcome and hospitality, comfortable setup right in the center of Franschhoek. Even accommodated a slightly later check-out. Very comfortable and well-equipped, just the bathroom could be slightly better designed but overall will definitely return and recommend!

A very spacious loft in a complex still in development. Great location, right off main street and very close to wine tram. Note there is no TV and some apartaments are 20 m away from keyboxes so they might not be so easy to find.

Prior to check in time, we requested our luggage be stored as we were going on the wine tram. They not only did this but put our chocolate in a fridge so it would not melt

Great value

We booked last minute and as the price was lower than other options was not sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Very spacious loft apartment with a great bed and lovely bathroom. As we were there only 1 night didn't use the well appointed kitchen. Sofa was comfortable and it was close to the center of town. Great bakery next door as well as the supermarket across the street. I would definitely stay there again.

Kamer was ruim schoon en opgeruimd. Keuken is prima met alles wat je nodig hebt indien je wil koken. Badkamer is lekker groot met WC en wasbak. De eetstoelen waren wat minder omdat het moderne stoelen zijn met een open zitvlak en rugleuning. Indien je Tv wil kijken de zenders werken heel slecht. Bij het bed boven mis je wel twee bedlampjes. Voor alleen slapen is het zeker een aanrader.
