Good hotel for downtown area, half an hour walk to the old town but plenty of metro stops nearby. Pool is not really a pool and hardly outside so don’t bank on laying by it or swimming in it. Room good, spacious, bed comfortable and towels good, also a diffuser with the hairdryer…..amazing!

I didnt like the hotel was charging for water and snacks. I normally dont see this tactic at higher end hotels. It made the experience very cheesy. The room is A/C was also very noisy throughout the night.

Although location was good, staff spoke very little English so it was difficult to communicate about things in the area. I booked here because it showed a bar/restaurant. It was permanently closed and staff was not helpful with eating in the area. I was not informed of 100 a night deposit. I had to call my credit card to have hold released since it was 16 days and hotel didnt bother to release. I will not be back.

Although the location was excellent, the rooms were not very clean, odor in the room, mold in shower, toiletries very poor. Staff not knowledgeable about the area. The porters for the valet were the best.

the hotel was well situated and the beds were comfortable. the staff was lovely and helpful. there were a few issues marring the stay including a falling sink, no towels at the pool and very expensive parking compared to other hotels in the area.

Our stay at Le St.Martin was delightful. The team there does everything in their power to assist you in a warm and professional manner. We arrived late at night and our reservation had been cancelled by Expedia. It was 1 am and in a very few minutes the young man at reception had us re-booked and settled into our room. The breakfast buffet is a very fair deal and the food was fresh and plentiful. The only thing missing is and in-house bar/restaurant but that is clearly stated and there are lots of options in the area. We will definitely stay at this location again when we are next in Montreal.

Excellent location, clean modern rooms and helpful, exceptional staff! Able to walk to old town , restaurants and shopping. Easy and fast check- in/out. Cos- my room overlooking a gas station loud and scary at night and the other window overlooking a very active public bus stop!, zero privacy and 24/7 windows shades! Lastly no WIFI room 116 needing to spend $ T-Mobile for highs speed data.
