“The pictures did not match the room. I was expecting an office chair and an arm chair in the room. There was no arm chair. The office chair was half-broken and leaned to one side. There was hair in the bathroom upon arrival. I'm glad we were only staying one night.”

“This is a 2-star hotel. The staff were unfriendly, and it was difficult to get a smile when asking for assistance. My request for room service was denied due to them being very busy. This two-story hotel lacks an escalator, which would be helpful for guests with mobility issues. The bathrooms are quite small, and the sink is located outside the main bathroom area. The water temperature is also unpredictable, turning hot when the knob is turned to the cold position and vice versa. Overall, it's a……

“If I could give them a 0 out of 5 stars I would. I left my phone charger in the tiny house. I contacted them immediately they said it wasn’t there. Clearly they stole it. Upon arrival, there were no linens on the beds. They have very basic amenities. Their website makes them out to be a resort when it is completely subpar. Don’t stay here unless you want your stuff stolen!!!”

“When we arrived, we were told our reservation had been canceled! The staff worked to remediate the error and we ended up with a great alternative! We got our own cabin. It was clean and comfortable. The staff at Arrowhead are fabulous and friendly. They work very hard to accommodate every need. It was challenging to get to but so worth it!”

“I like the old school feel the property has. Upon arrival we were told that the property was under new ownership and things were different. We needed to wait until exactly 2pm to check in and could not use the amenities until we checked it. This was different for the past.”

“It’s an average facility and since the options in Cedaredge are slim I have usually stayed there. Breakfast is good with eggs an option. The hotel is aging though. Shower didn’t have good pressure so kind of a trickle. Backside of hotel wasn’t appealing, had been useful for outside relaxing at some past time, now an eyesore. But, it is affordable, quiet, relatively clean.”

“Here's the updated version: --- **A clean, comfortable stay in Ridgway, CO** Chipeta Lodge was a great find in Ridgway. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite with three people and a dog, and it worked out great. It's an older property, but it's been kept very clean and well-maintained. Beds and pillows were comfortable, with plenty of room to spread out. Staff couldn't have been more accommodating, the pool was lovely, and towels were always well-stocked. One note: the sofa bed room has blinds……
