“Door lock wouldn't work; shower didn't work; whole place felt run down. When I raised the shower issue at the front desk, was told there's a special way to turn the shower on - I said that info should be in the room, and received a blank stare. Never stay here again.”

“I was charged for my partners service animal. I informed them i had a service dog and they told me it was an extra $10 I reiterated it was a service animal, and that it is illegal to charge more. I did not offer paperwork and it was never requested. They did not ask me if it was trained to assist someone with a disability or what the disability was. “Old but Clean ”

“The hotel was very conviniently located next to the airport. The staff was very friendly & helpful!”

“Yes, it’s a budget hotel. That being said, spend the extra money to stay elsewhere. The room was just gross and neglected. The comforters were filthy and covered with stains- just clearly haven’t been washed in ages. Towels had been washed but were heavily stained; the shower barely got warm; the toilet wobbled; the upstairs hallway was super dark… If it were just one of these things I’d be able to look past it. But there wasn’t a single clean, well kept area of this place. It might be ok the……

“The property shows better online than in actuality. The overall property doesn't seem very well taken care of. RV sites are overgrown and the cabin was dark and musty smelling. The area itself didnt feel as safe as we would gave liked. We had to leave early for personal reasons and didn't expect a full refund by any means buy maybe something would have been nice. I hope they use the money to clean up the property. Very disappointing.”
