"We loved this cabin. It was really beautiful and was really more of a very nice small house than a cabin. It was decorated beautifully with a huge TV and great furniture. The front porch was very nice and we were entertained by a large family of turkeys every morning. "

"My wife and I work remote and typically spend the Camp Week for our 13 yo close by so as not to have to drive 20 hours in a week.This place was great for us. WiFi was awesome, quiet neighborhood, great views, accommodations were very good. Neighborhood waterfall and four wheel trails were a good surprise.Owners were great and communicated almost on a daily basis. Location was convienent to Boone and West Jefferson which we visited daily for dinner.Overall good trip, great value."

"We arrived and found out that Gavin Cabin had no electricity and no running water. In order to use the bathroom you had to go to a community one. I did not read anything telling me that it was a primitive cabin. We were not very happy when we had to find another place to stay for the night"
