Hotel was small but right at the center of town. Rooms were small but very clean, one thing to note there was no air conditioning.

Cleanliness was very important and they were amazing, only thing I didn’t like there are no A/C’s and the fans are not the greatest..

Overall very close to everything in walking distance to many restaurants, but two things that made it sone what miserable is that they don’t have AC and the water to shower is very low pressure very inconvenient. It was over 85degrees when I was there and it was very hot and humid in the nights making it hard to sleep. Also beds are a little hard.

It was a reservation for 4 and they assure me that it included breakfast for 4 when I get my vouchers it was only for 2 and they wanted to charge me extra they just have to be honest about it from the beginning.

I have stayed at Hotel Casino several times. It’s a great find. But this time my room assignment was to a set of mezzanine level rooms that were accessed by 10 steps. If you have luggage or if you have mobility issues, be sure to confirm that your room assignment is completely accessible by elevator.

El parqueadero es lejos y no hay valet. Eviten los cuartos con balcón, el ruido no deja dormir. Hay sirenas constantes de policía y ambulancias. Parking is remote, and they offer no valet. Avoid the noisy balcony rooms! Police and ambulance sirens blare every so often though the night!

At the room I stay it was very noise, it was like a motor running until about 2.00AM, I di call the front desk and they explain to me that the noise was for a close business that have the AC running. I ask to be move to another room and they refused to do. it was a terrible experience!!!

Good location. Rooms were very Spartan. Not even a picture on a wall or a place to hang a towel. Breakfast was really bad. Yogurt and granola consisted of a tablespoon of yogurt and a teaspoon of granola

Hotel is in a great location, price is reasonable. We had a balcony view which helped as the rooms do not have air conditioning but had two stand up fans on each side of the bed. Yes we will stay there again.

Very clean, excellent restaurant, great location in El Centro, friendly efficient staff. I've both lived in, and visited, Morelia. And I've dined at the Hotel Casino restaurant many many times over 22 years, but this was my first stay in the hotel. I'll definitely be back.

This is my second time in this hotel The first time was so amazing I had a balcony room, they had valley parking and the people were so friendly My second time here we had to walk 4 blocks to park the vehicle, there was no more valley parking the persons at the check in were not so friendly and we had no option to get breakfast, only a la carta The room was so loud and honestly it feel like a hotel of 2 stars
