Villa D'Amore - Large Stone Villa With Private Pool And Garden

This luxury spacious villa is accessed by a quiet road and is only 300m (990 feet) away from the sea and beach. The property has recently been updated throughout, inside and outside. Private pool and surrounding garden offer ideal place for relaxing after long day exploring or just to soak in some sun. The property has 2 parking spots in the driveway for guests. The first level of the villa has large living room, dining room, kitchen, piano bar veranda and bathroom. The upper level of villa features 4 bedrooms, one master bedroom, two large bedrooms, master bathroom, and 1 children's room. Children's room and 1 master bedroom have access to large balcony with sea views.
Pool area deck has loungers along with front entrance terrace with table and chairs perfect for summer lunch or romantic candlelight dinner.
As we continually upgrade features we are currently working on adding expanded games area and enhanced pool deck area for 2020 season.

The property is surrounded by forest and Mediterranean flora, creating a relaxing and cooling atmosphere. The property is secured behind gates and has its own water supply. House does have wifi coverage.

Villa in Moroni
We did have a lovely week in morinj however we found the villa a little disappointing on first viewing, it’s very old fashioned inside and the sun loungers very uncomfortable. There’s no freezer (but there is a great little ice maker). All in all however you have to be realistic given the price. The little village has one shop which is very very basic ( rotten fruit and veg, no fresh milk!) so you will need to drive to Risan for half decent provisions. There is a small local, very pebbly beach and a bar which were OK. The highlight for us was visiting Perast , not a huge town but very beautiful. The scenery around the bay is breath taking. Kotor also lovely but very busy. Overall we would say Montenegro is a beautiful country but a little dull. The boat trip arranged by John fell way short of the sales pitch and we were surprised to be joined by him and various friends. One last thing, if you need to cross a border to get into Montenegro (we flew in and out of Dubrovnik) factor in the queues at the borders, 1-2 hours unless you arrive very early in the morning.

Family friendly villa
Great property , very comfortable and spacious. Very private villa off road with the added bonus of having on hand support 24/7. Thanks to Jovica. Perfect situation with local shop/restaurant/beach 5 mins away and as a base to explore places of interest . ( Ferry and New Road nearby) Morinji is known for its best restaurants.

Wonderful house in Morinj
We were group of nine (six adults and three children) visited Bay of Boka in May. Communication with the owner prior to our arrival was excellent. The owner (Jovica) collected us from the airport and was available during our stay. The house and the garden (including swimming pool) are really nice and I would highly recommended this place for a holiday.

Good holiday location
Villa in nice quiet location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Pool is good however the large fruit trees adjacent cause a problem from wasps. Villa is spacious and airy but maybe a little tired in some aspects. The addition of a freezer would make life a great deal easier. All in all a nice relaxing holiday for our family of seven aged eleven - seventy.

Beautiful house in lovely Morinj
We stayed in the beginning of may in Lovely house D amore in Morinj, Montenegro.The house is very nice and comfortable , on beautiful spot - in the middle pf the nature.We had luck with weather, so we was able to use the pool too. Near the house is two excellent restaurants, Catovica Mini and Verige 65. Our host is very kind and helpful, with lot of advice where to go, what to see. Highly recommended for families-there is 4 large bedrooms, and those people who want pieceful place for restfull holyday

Only negative is that no screens on windows so you need to keep windows closed with air on to avoid mosquitoes in house- weather would have been perfect for opening up house to fresh air if it had screens. John the local manager is very helpful. Easy access to towns on bay of Kotor

Wonderful villa with amazing outside space
I have just returned from 10 days at Villa Damore with my family and we couldn't have been happier. The villa was immaculate with everything we could have needed and the outside space, where we spent most of our time was perfect. The pool was quite deep which meant the kids could jump in without worry, a newly built outside eating area was ideal for al fresco dining and surrounded by fruit trees. John who looks after the property couldn't have been more helpful and even brought round a delicious home made cake - thank you for everything! Its only 5 minute walk to a small beach and a couple of lovely restaurants and a beach bar. Kotor bay was beautiful and I'd recommend hiring a car to make the most of it.

Lovely villa very close to the beach with 2 restaurants within walking distance. Pool was a good size and the villa was clean and tidy. Was lovely and quiet which was relaxing with Kotor, Parast and other villages accessible by car.

Beautiful house with pool
We had an amazing time renting this house. It is beautifully located and a good starting point for trips around the bay. The house was great and spacious for our two families (six people in total) and perfect with the big garden and pool area for fun and BBQ. The host, John, was really nice and helpful, truly survice minded! We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!

Die Lage der Villa ist sehr gut. Ruhig, uneinsehbar, hat eine schöne Größe, fußläufig zum Strand, Supermarkt und Restaurant. Einige Einrichtungsgegenstände sind in die Jahre gekommen, das Ambiente ist Geschmackssache, es könnte sauberer sein, funktioniert aber alles und John kümmert sich gut und schnell um die Dinge. Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe. Insgesamt ein gutes Haus, das einiges bietet aber auch Defizite hat. Die Fotos sind leider von unterschiedlichen Zeitpunkten und veraltet.
