"The hotel, the rooms, the grounds, the breakfast, the staff, are all excellent, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were upgraded from a superior room with balcony & sea view to a studio with balcony & sea view. It was a lovely start to our visit when checking in. Sitting around the outside pool in the beach area was also very pleasant. Plenty of space on the beach and easy to order a drink. I do however have two slightly negative comments, which remove it from being a perfect stay for us: Firstly: subject to paying a fairly hefty price, the pool & beach area is open to anyone else who isn't staying at the hotel. Which means the pool was very busy and rowdy at times, which didn't make it feel like you were staying at an exclusive 5 star hotel. Secondly: we booked the more expensive hotel transfer (a black Mercedes S class) instead of a regular taxi, to take us to the airport. Annoyingly, our flight was cancelled less than six hours before. I subsequently tried to re-arrange the transfer but was told I could not do this for free as it was cancelled within 24 hours. Essentially I would have to pay again. This was not at all helpful given the already high impact a 24 hour flight delay would cause us. However, to give them credit, after pushing back and discussing with many staff including the hotel manager, they did offer a free exchange and so we drove to another hotel for our last night. Just a shame it left a slightly sour taste."

"A pretty new hotel. Rooms were great, plenty of space, nice balcony & view across the two pools towards the airport. Also ideally placed for a short run to the airport and a nice restaurant (Cielo) within a 10 min walk. Hotel staff were very welcoming & helpful. Our room had a kitchenette (sink, fridge freezer and small hob) but there were not any cooking utensils, pans nor plates etc so redundant. Pool were very nice, albeit the grounds felt as if they were not quite finished."

"Absolute gem of a place. Great place to base yourself in the hills and witness an amazing sunset from your apartment. Located between tivot and KOTOR, it’s a great location to explore the area but you will definitely need a car. Can always use taxis worse case. Host at the apartment hotel are great and I will 100% be going back. Nice new property with a small outdoor pool. Had a great corner apartment with a 180 balcony. "

"Beautiful hotel, genuinely amazing in a lovely location. Great food - absolutely no complaints on the hotel. The only slight downside was the number of ‘influencers’ (just a bit annoying!) and the slow service in the courtyard. "

"The property was beautiful and the setting was one of the most beautiful in the world. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and motivated to do a good job. They would help you with anything. The pool was well situated and well kept. The beach was beautiful, but stone (vs. sand). The water was exceptionally clean and quite warm to swim in. Easy walk into the old town along the bay. Two things to consider…the area is more typical Eastern European (although, some of which is quite charming). Second, there remains a number of smokers, not overwhelming at hotel but in the surrounding communities. "

"Great location right in front of the boardwalk. Nice quiet pool area with drinks available for purchase from the bar and with a nice view of the oceanside. Breakfast area was a bit crowded in the mornings. Reasonably priced."

"For me, was the best place to enjoy Kotor Old Town. Very centralized and close to everything. Service was excellent. The only aspect I would say should improve is the operation of the air conditioning. In summer months it is very hot and the air was not efficient. We were very hot at night. Otherwise, my family and I really enjoyed it."
