"The owner was very responsive and kind. The apartment was very clean and well updated. We are older adults and the access to the basement apartment was a bit of a challenge but the owner did graciously help with our luggage. The family does clearly disclose that they live above the unit and sounds of children may be heard. Between the sounds of the family above and the fact it’s a basement, not a “Loft”, with all the plumbing just above your head - it was not for us. "

"Stayed for the Easter w/e to visit our cadet son at West Point. % mins from maon street and 10 mins from West Point and the golf course. Clean, spacious and well laid out for 2 adults and 2 teenage kids. Will be looking to stay there again on future visits instead of trying to find hotels that are 25-40 mins drive away."

"Beautiful space right on Main street in Downtown Warwick. Everything is new and clean. The bed couldn't be any more comfy, and the shower is worth the price of admission ! There's plenty to do in the area & this makes a perfect home base to do it from. The whole transaction was hassle free & we couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. If you book this one, you really won't regret it."
