I took a little carriage ride across the street through the park, saw the Muckross house, saw some old buildings, had some great strolls, and had fun at the spa as well. “So this property is in bad need of a renovation. The carpets of the rooms looks like they’re from the 70s. Still, the doors are very old as well. The windows were rickity and there was construction next door with heavy machinery creating a lot of noise. In the end, we did not stay here. We did ask to cancel and for a refund, but we’ve heard nothing back from the management. My recommendation is find somewhere else to stay.”

“We were so comfortable in our spacious room that we booked an extra night. Besides the bedroom that included comfortable chairs and a bonus twin bed, our bathroom was luxurious. A sink for each of us, wardrobe for our clothes, and a separate tub and shower were lit up by a skylight. The room we stayed in also had a mini fridge, coffee/tea service and a desk with TV overhead. Our corner room featured a window on each side. Host Eileen tended to our every need and the full - and we mean full! -……

“Really nice apartment, and had everything my wife and I needed. The parking was free and easy to access. Loved that there are doors you can close for every room. I could watch tv without disturbing anyone else. No dishwasher, but that wasn't a deal breaker for us. Large apartment so close to downtown Killarney. We just walked after we parked our car. The grocery store next to the apartment was a polish grocery store, so if you are a fan of polish delights, your in luck! If you want other……
