Multiple ways to get to town from this motel. The main reason why I pick it each time I come through town. If you dont pick this one and pick one on main or south st you will hate the traffic and the hassle to get to them.

While the friendliness and cleanliness were wonderful…i found it a bit odd that complimentary shampoo/conditioner was not part of the stay…and when my husband went to the desk to ask about it and also to get another pillow, he was told they do not offer any of that…little disappointing, especially for such a large motel name.

N ever got clean towels or trash emptied from room. Ice machine was broken so no ice or coffeemaker in room. Cement on sidewalk is slippery when wet someone fell. Bed was uncomfortable and worn out in the middle.

Hi I rented a room through you all with Motel 6 in Nacogdoches, Tx on 01/20/24, and me and my husband did not have a decent stay. After I checked into Motel 6 rm 228 was the card they gave. Me and my husband were renting the room bc our pipes had burst at home. While we were making love, someone used their key and opened our door They rented us out the room, And rented it to someone else after we had already paid for it. I called the front desk after being walked in on by another guest using his key to our room. The lady at the front desk or receptionist said that the room wasn't marked as rented. I was embarrassed. Some man that's not my husband was looking at me and my husband in the nude making love. It was very cold. I went to the store, come back to my room card key not working. I had to walk all the way to the front desk. When I complained to the lady about the unexpected guest, she shrugged it off and then handed me two room key cards saying to try it now. She said the rain my card wasn't working was bc she reset it when she checked my rom out to the other gentleman. I couldn't get any ice, both the ice machines were broken with no signs to state it. They had roaches in the room, abs the ice box door wouldn't open. The knob to turn the water from heat to cold was broken. I had to take a freezing shower, or either a boiling hot shower because there was no in between.

I didn’t like that the door for room 228 isn’t completely sealed. The nights were cold and I could see and hear people as they walked by through the gap. But the service was good made it to the hotel after work and the room was cleaned well every day.

The room probably didn't get cleaned because there was a take out carton still sitting on the microwave which had roaches in it (Gross). Needless to say we didn't stay long.

Everything looked nice online, they allow pets and price was nice so we booked for 4 nights. The property was well kept and looked nice and not in a bad part of town. Everyone was nice, especially the young girl that checked us in, (I wish I got her name because she was one of the only reasons i almost didnt write this review, i dont write reviews ever.) but when we got in our room it looked dirty. There were stains on the chair, and it just didnt look like what was in the pictures online, when I closed the door I saw that the whole trim and frame of the door looked like it had been kicked in and had not been fixed, you could pull at it and it would definitely pull apart and break. The tv had one channel, we couldnt figure out how to fix it. Then after getting ready for bed my husband pointed out the roach poop and the roaches running around in the nightstand. Regardless we stayed, we already payed for 4 nights, and it was late. The next morning we realized our door stopped working and it would open without a key. So, we had to switch rooms and the room they put us in next had someone elses stuff in it already. Another room switch to upstairs. This room looked nicer and cleaner, i checked for roaches and saw that it was nowhere near what the bottom floor was. finally we felt a little better about staying there. Unfortunately we ended up going back to the front desk several times because our keys stopped working. I will not be going back.
