“The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. ”

“Host was great and very easy to work with. Any questions I had were answered very quickly and they were very understanding. House was clean and felt very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.”

“Our host Muny was very responsive to our questions. The check in & check out directions were simple & clear. The location was very safe and we felt very safe walking to the Savin red T- stop even at night. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the stairs are narrow. We did not have any problems with it at all but want to tell other guests if they have mobility issues.The inside of the apartment is quite spacious. We had plenty of room for 4 people and there is a trundle bed for 2 more guests to……

“Such a wonderful spot, super clean and spacious within walking distance of downtown Salem! The beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was fully stocked. We loved our stay and appreciated the ease of check-in. ”

“The pictures were accurate, and the rooms were spacious. However, the space was not clean. There was an unpleasant smell near the entrance. The oven and coffee maker were dirty, and there were chemicals all over the oven. The TV controllers were not working, but they looked for them and gave us replacement controls. Bring your own towels because the ones they provided had a bad smell, even though we only used them to step on after showering. Considering the price, I don’t think it was worth it.”

“This was the perfect place to stay as we came to watch our daughter graduate from Endicott! The place was roomy and immaculate. We loved the updated kitchen and bath. It’s also walking distance to the Mission Boathouse Restaurant and downtown Beverly.”
