“This is a lovely house, perfect for people who need two bedrooms but can share a bathroom. The location is great. Parking was not a problem during our stay in early June. We walked in the neighborhood each day to admire the houses and gardens. People were friendly and we visited with a few dogs. The kitchen is modern. The fridge was 100% empty, so bring or shop for everything you need including butter, condiments, salad dressing etc. The air conditioners worked well. We didn’t have a way to……

“Had a great stay here! Had a little issue at check in, and Frankie immediately responded to my phone call. Considering the quick response and resolution, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at any of his properties again! Nice location and definitely take him up on his restaurant recommendations... we tried out Jac's for breakfast and it was phenomenal and by far the least expensive meal on our entire trip. The house is a bit ran down in areas and doesn't feel super secure, but it is overall a very cool……

“The studio was perfect and in a convenient location. Th e host was communicative and check in and check out was clear and easy. The only downside to the stay, which the host has no control over, is that they were tearing up the street directly in front of the unit and it was very loud at times. “The location of the property was just what was offered perfect for everything. The location was centrally located for everything. The elevator was not announced in the advertisement except for the day of check-in. We were told the elevator sometime worked. Sometimes doesn't that was accurate. We had 2 luggage 2. Carry on bags, 2 dogs, a carriage and had to walk 8 floors up. It should be announced in the advertisement that has a sometimes elevator it's important for someone that may have trouble……

“The location is perfect walking distance to multiple T stops and to most everything you could want to do in Boston. The place was comfortable and nice. Safe. The bathroom could use a deep clean that would be my only critique, soaps were watered down and the shower floor didn't look well scrubbed. Outside of this my husband and I had a wonderful time check in and communication were easy. Would stay again.”
