“Had a great stay here! Had a little issue at check in, and Frankie immediately responded to my phone call. Considering the quick response and resolution, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at any of his properties again! Nice location and definitely take him up on his restaurant recommendations... we tried out Jac's for breakfast and it was phenomenal and by far the least expensive meal on our entire trip. The house is a bit ran down in areas and doesn't feel super secure, but it is overall a very cool……

It’s located on a very quiet building and on a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Very close to Boston Medical Center as well as Boston Children’s Hospital and subway and train stations. “My partner and I enjoyed our stay at Maverick Suites on Newbury. The room was clean, easy to access, and felt safe. It also has a full kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, and all other needs if you want to prepare your own meals at any point. We were on the first floor, so we heard a lot of noise from the street. For us, it wasn’t disruptive, and we were provided with earplugs just in case. The street is bustling, so the noise was to be expected. My only complaint was the low water……

“The location is perfect walking distance to multiple T stops and to most everything you could want to do in Boston. The place was comfortable and nice. Safe. The bathroom could use a deep clean that would be my only critique, soaps were watered down and the shower floor didn't look well scrubbed. Outside of this my husband and I had a wonderful time check in and communication were easy. Would stay again.”

“This is a lovely house, perfect for people who need two bedrooms but can share a bathroom. The location is great. Parking was not a problem during our stay in early June. We walked in the neighborhood each day to admire the houses and gardens. People were friendly and we visited with a few dogs. The kitchen is modern. The fridge was 100% empty, so bring or shop for everything you need including butter, condiments, salad dressing etc. The air conditioners worked well. We didn’t have a way to……
