Forest and Giuseppe are the ultimate hosts and the property is an exceptional historic B&B. A block to downtown and east street parking. Highly recommend you contact them!

Excellent in every way. Gentlemanly, gracious owner host, convenient location with lovely amenities including a full, family style breakfast in the elegant dining room of an historic Nantucket home.

The perfect Nantucket B&B
Wonderful hosts!! Perfect location. Beautifully maintained accommodations. Access to the garden adds to the charm of this wonderful B&B. Great breakfast We have already recommended 29 India to several friends without reservations!

This is a gorgeous historic property, wonderfully cared for by its host and owner. The history of Nantucket comes alive here. Place is immaculate, all reasonable requests met, great breakfast. Perfect location, quiet street but easily accessible to restaurants and bus transportation. Could not recommend more highly.

The property was perfect for our stay in Nantucket. Perfectly located near downtown and close to shops and restaurants. The room was very nice and had a large kind bed and a smaller room with a twin. Great for my friend and me or a couple with a child. The hosts were wonderful and helpful. It was great getting to know them. I would definitely stay there again. Our room had its own garden entrance so it was very private.

Tracey and guest were wonderful guests in the house, and they were enthusiastic and intelligent visitors of Nantucket...its history and natural beauty. I'm glad they enjoyed the summery space of the Garden suite with its 2 bedrooms. Great conversational presence over breakfast. impeccably neat, thoughtful, and fun. Always welcome.
