Just what we wanted!
Very clean, well furnished and comfortable. The owner was very attentive and helpful. We had our two dogs with us and the space was very well set up for them . There is a fenced in yard with beautiful trees and shrubbery. There is an induction cooktop so you may need induction ready utensils if they are not provided.. Naples beach does not allow dogs but Ft Myers does and its a short drive.

The venue was clean and well equipped. It would have been nice to have an outside seating area. There was a table and chairs in the courtyard but they were not in good condition.

Fantastic stay for my needs.
The place was exceptionally clean and comfortable for my working trip. It is wonderful that Joseph allows dogs to stay too. Conveniently located and well kept. Had a little trouble getting responses from with owner initially, but when close to arrival date, he was in constant communication. Thank you very much, Joseph for making our trip a smooth one!

Non smokers be ware
If you are a non smoker and do not enjoy ants 🐜 in your kitchen look elsewhere. We coulld not get pass the smoke smell or the fact that we could not use the kitchen facilities. Also the owner controls the air flow with a pre-programmed Nest . It was kind if creepy

All our properties are smoke free. We don't allow smoking on the premises. Our kitchen is fully equipped and are confused bout the smoking and the kitchen. Also, we are using Terminex as our pest control services. A simple phone call could have addressed your issues. A pest control call could have been made. Yes, we are in Florida! As to A/C the temperatures in December are rather comfortable and we are using a Green friendly Thermostat (Nest) from Google for optimized comfort.

Lovely little house with a private fenced in yard.
I would have given this 5 stars, except for the gardener turning up. UNANNOUNCED. He also came straight into the yard and frightened me.

Renter be Aware
This property is located in a residential area and off the beaten path. Neighbors include family with couches in front yard etc, while some are tidier. Rented bikes(bikes are “shared”, but we rented because we wanted to make sure we had them if needed) but ended up not using them because of some safety concerns on our part and the fact that the unit is some distance from the beaches and there are not scenic bike paths but rather you bike thru neighborhoods/ busy roads to get there. The unit itself is basic. Well decorated with nice kitchen but garbage disposal odor. Bed is a Murphy bed even though and not a standard bed. Nice shower. Nice patio but no bbq like the online pictures show . The “shared bikes” and bbq behind fence and not accessible from our unit. Make sure your read the description of the unit you are renting and not the surrounding beaches.

Thank you for elaborating on the positive of the property e.g beaten path and well equipped, well decorated and basic all supplemented with a nice well equipped kitchen with a wine cooler. Yes, the modern bathroom with shower is very well suited for the unit. The bed is a Queen size bed to sleep 2 people comfortably, and also is the pull-out sofa in the living area. You description of the nice patio surrounded which is surrounded with Palm and Tropical fruit trees of Citrus, Mangoes, Bananas and Papayas is also well taken. The BBQ unit for unit happened to be out for maintenance. Sorry, about that. We have currently opted to intall permanent charcoal grills as the are more user friendly and easier to maintain. The shared bike vs. rental is an added value at the option of very tenant. The small issues about garbage disposal could have quickly been resolved with a phone call tor some use of the basic cleaning products that are supplied in the home. As to beach proximity the maps and distance location is advertised 1.5 mile to both Vanderbilt and Delnor- Wiggins.

Really - way would I give away my secret paradise?
The home is totally amazing, pretty, clean, modern, convenient and private. What more could I ask for except to ask: Don't book so it is there for my next visit!

Dog friendly studio apt
Very clean and great location. Yes, you can take your dog on a leash to the Wiggins Park! Nice to have the fenced backyard!

Great accommodation and location!
We spend 5 days at the property with our 1.5 year old son. We really enjoyed our stay. The rental was clean, comfortable, and nicely updated. During our stay, I slept on both the pullout couch and bed. They were both were comfortable.

A wonderful stay!
We had a fantastic stay at Joseph's home in Naples. Joseph is so quick on email, it is wonderful. He is very knowledgeable about the area and the welcome package is very comprehensive - as an organized person, I really appreciated this We also had the opportunity to meet him when we arrived and this was great, made us feel at home and put a friendly face to our email communication. The home has a nice private yard and the street is quiet. Location is excellent. The inside is also very modern and well kept. We were impressed with how clean and tidy the inside was. It was immaculate. Our young son spends alot of time moving around on the floor and it was spotless. My parents were staying in a hotel and they came to check out the place and were also impressed. We would welcome another stay with Joseph! Thank you!
