Salve la ringraziamo per averci scelto. Ci dispiace abbia trovato della polvere, le avevamo consigliato di tenere la finestra chiusa poichè vi erano dei lavori ne palazzo, ci dispiace per questo. Per quanto riguarda il bagno, come spiegatole all'arrivo, sul sito di expedia è riportato "bagno privato". Il bagno per cui è esclusivo della camera, ed esattamente 90cm di fronte, su un passaggio di 1 sola camera (anche occupata da voi) per cui è una situazione non disagevole. Hi Thomas thank you for coming to our apartment At the table there are 6 chairs, but the table is big and enough for 12-14 people. We prefer to leave just 6 chairs permanently to have more space in the living room, but in every room there are chairs and you were able to move them to the table to have breakfast at the same time. The historical center of Naples is alive, authentic, in the streets you can feel the true neapolitan live, this is why it's protected by UNESCO. Hi Delia thank you for choosing us, and sorry if we don't speak your beautiful language It's a pity that somebody took more than breakfast than usual, so you finded less food Our breakfast is with milk, tea, barley, cocoa, fruit juice, biscuits, rusks, loaves of bread, Nutella, eggs, butter, yogurt, cereals, fruit, sweets and Neapolitan coffee that can be prepared in a traditional coffee maker. Homemade fruit jams give a touch of authenticity as well as other local products. Salve Daniele grazie per averci scelto Un bed and breakfast è una casa condivisa, varie camere con il proprio bagno, e spazi in comune (asoggiorno con angolo cottura). Lei ha prenotato una camera nel nostro appartamento nella categoria b&b, altrimenti avrebbe dovuto prenotare un appartamentino nella categoria "case vacanza". Per quanto riguarda i termosifoni, ci dispiace abbia trovato i termosifoni con la manopola chiusa, ci è sfuggito riaprirla (probabilmente i turisti precedenti, a differenza vostra, consideravano la temperatura eccessiva). Poichè ve ne siete accorti che la manopola era chiusa cosa più semplice sarebbe stata aprirla e avreste avuto una temperatura confortevole. Il rumere della ventola era di un climatizzatore dell'appartamento del vicino, che l'ha riparato Speriamo che comunque abbiate passato un bel soggiorno a Napoli. Raffaele Festa
