As you step inside, you are invited into a calm, spacious retreat. The spacious living area seamlessly blends with a dining space, also open to an all new kitchen with beautiful granite. Enjoy amenities like a smart TV, reclining leather sofa. Awaken to the gentle embrace of a waterfront sunrise from your private lanai overlooking the canal. The master suite pampers with a new adjustable king bed, a large walk-in closet, a smart TV, and a private bath with luxurious fixtures. The guest room comfortably sleeps four, with a queen bed and trundle. Here too, a smart TV and adjustable shades offer a peaceful retreat. The property generously provides essential amenities, including WiFi and cable, linens, beach chairs, an umbrella, and plush pool towels for the heated pool. For added convenience, a laundry facility is available on-site. In accordance with the community's serene ambiance, smoking and pets are regrettably not permitted. This is a vacation rental catering to a variety of tastes. Every detail is carefully curated to ensure a vacation experience of unparalleled rejuvenation and boundless options. Begin each day with a sunrise on the lanai, and set out to explore the diverse wonders surrounding this perfectly situated condo.
