It’s an older property and the public areas need to be cleaned better. The restaurant was fully booked the 3 nights we were there. It seems like the public can book reservations and leaves the guests to have to have to go off property to find a place to eat. The pool is small and you have to get up really early to get a beach chair and umbrella. The beach and ocean were great. Valet was great. I would probably tell others to research other properties first before booking this one.

Nice beach and the bar by the beach are the best part of the hotel, other than that is a very old hotel with poor maintenance, needs a huge upgrade in rooms and common areas.

Stay elsewhere, not really worth it.

For the amount of money that you pay at this resort stay elsewhere. Nobody is attentive. When I asked to extend my stay the first night, the male(who was a manager) at front desk told me my room was not available for 2 days. The next day when I went to go ask again my room was magically avalable. Hotel is outdated. Mildew in the shower tiles. Servers at breakfast disappear and are not attentive, the food is okay, but honestly food is better at other restaurants.

We entered the room on a Sunday evening after a long day of traveling. The room was not as expected. The feel and theme of the resort is “Classic Florida” or “traditional Florida” which I now have to come realize means “we haven’t decorated or changed anything in the rooms since 1986.” Not what we were expecting, especially for the price.
