AC didn't work the first night and the staff was very quick to fix it once informed. Very friendly staff and good rooms. Somewhat noisy off the plaza at night.

Do not stay in this area. You will feel unsafe. We arrived at 9pm from the train ststion. The area was dirty and the people around the area seemed like thugs to point i said were gonna get mugged. Arriving to hotel room it average at best. The shower had poor water pressure. The hair dryer did not work. There was a 4th floor balcony from the room with a metal roll down security solid shutter. Next morning we told front desk hair dryer didnt work so he sent my wife to dirty room to finish getting ready. I would never stay hear again. Oh and the breakfast everyone raved about was so so

This is a good little hotel close to the main station. Naples in general is a bit of a mess but the hotel itself is nice and the staff are helpful. Would be nice if it had a lift!

Close to trains/busses, friendly staff, nice breakfast. I’ve ordered Superior Double Room, 1 Bedroom, Private Bathroom, City View: The room I’ve got was standard, no city view and a different than the photos on site.

Be careful staying here
I had made a reservation a few days ago. When I arrived, the hotel shared that they already had me checked in under my passport number. This caused me to feel very concerned as to who checked in under my name. The whole situation took at least 50 minutes for the manager to arrive and share it was a glitch with the computer. Apparently, we had similar nationalities. However, this is very poor of the hotel not to double check passport information before allowing individuals to check in. The attendant could not explain what happened until his manager arrived. This caused me to feel very uneasy, and I was surprised that the hotel did not provide any type of upgrade after this was A MAJOR mistake on their end. I do not plan on staying in this hotel again, and I feel HOTELS.COM should create me the money for the night in this hotel.

The hotel was very clean and modern. However, it does not contain an elevator and when you are on the top floor, you must carry your OWN bags up to the top floor. The additional fees listed on the website are different from what the hotel charged us. When I brought this up and provided proof, the service desk agent told me to contact hotels.com to deal with my issues. Overall, I did not enjoy the customer service at this hotel. They were not pleasant or accommodating.

The hotel is located in an old building with no lift, near the central station. The reception staff is friendly and service minded. Nice and clean room and bathroom. Breakfast room is small and with few tables, and limited breakfast variety, in return the staff is very friendly and service-minded..

This property was just ok. We booked a superior room and they gave us an economy room. When I said something about it the evening manager claimed they were fully booked and he couldn’t do anything about it. I kept asking questions and he miraculously found another room we could use, but only if we could prove we didn’t touch any of the towels, sheets, or use the bathroom....as if that’s our responsibility for the next guests! We should get the option to have the correct room no matter what. I asked to see it before accepting it and the room he wanted to move us to was even smaller and slept 3 people instead of 2 making it a much more cramped room. I didn’t accept this room after he told me they couldn’t remove the extra bed. I began asking about a refund for the difference in the cost of the room we booked vs the one we were given and imagine my surprise when he had a 3rd room we could consider instead of the one they originally gave us. This one matched the photos online and is what we expected when we booked. We ended up accepting this room. All in all, they did end up working with us, but we shouldn’t have had to go through that process in the first place. A few other things to note: there is no elevator so it’s several flights of stairs to get your things up to your room. The WiFi changes for each floor and it goes in and out so it’s not very good. The street outside is pretty busy and loud. Breakfast is pretty good compared to a lot of other places.

Arrival from the airport at 11:00 pm.. you can’t get any dicier than this area. It’s in a good location but it is run down, under construction, and the likelihood of getting robbed is real! It never happened to us but the taxi driver warned us about it. The check in was amazing. Our greeting was easy and awesome, we got our room keys and went to our rooms.. We opened the doors and with no music playing I suddenly had a flashback to a Ron Jeremy, early 80’s porno...it was awful..the room was basically 12 by 12 ft square with a leather heart shaped headboard on a stone feature wall and 3 other walls painted black.(to hide god knows what)....there was a small mini fridge that appeared to have been involved in a fight and a desk with a couple drawers.. there was 2 night stands and each had a lamp and there was a lamp on the desk which had a red lamp shade.. to continue the red light district theme. the “I love NY” curtains were a nice try to cover the window which provided a view to the alley even the local residents of the apartments in the back didn’t access at night....unfortunate living accommodations for sure...the bathroom had a toilet, 2 square foot shower, bidet, and sink. There was a water tank above the toilet to supply flush water which might be contributing to the huge patch of mould on the wall and ceiling.. the flat screen tv was maybe a 18 inch (vertically) on the good side...breakfast staff was friendly and food was amazing but, to little to late. Sorry.

I got scammed
So the hotel is OK if you want to spend €50 but other than that it’s not worth it. Somehow I got price gouged by either hotels.com or the hotel itself. For two nights was over $300 and it is normally $50 a day. The hotel is also not in the nicest area. The rooms are very small, are very small shower also no toilet paper. The staff were pretty nice and it is about a 15min walk to the train station. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again, much better places down the street in a safer place.

Nice surprise.
Surprising quiet for the central location next to the Garibaldi train station. Proximity for alibus to and from airport is great. Rougher side of town but not intimidating.

A joke in this hotel
Very small. No elevator , had to drag out luggage up to the floor. No toilet papers, No tissue box. Shower is very tight bearly able to move. Sink and shower tub flooded with water easily. No blanket. Wifi passwords were fake. Not able to work.

The hotel simple and very clean, breakfast was a buffet style and there was loads of it, the pastries and coffee were great, it set us up for a day's walking about, the location is great for access to all areas of the city either on foot or through the metro, and it's really easy to get on the train to pompeii and vesuvius. The staff were friendly and happy to help out with our onward travel arrangements.

Great Location
The hotel is 5 minutes from Naples Central train station making it very convenient for us who travelled everywhere by train. It was very helpful for our day trips to Pompeii and Almalfi. The staff was helpful and provided us a map of the city on the first day. There are lots of places to eat around the area. There is a breakfast buffet but don't expect a lot variety. They make a nice cappuccino.

Rent rum med skön säng. Slitet badrum med trång dusch men funktionellt. God frukost med mycket att välja på. Hotellet ligger på en ruffig bakgata med sopor och råttor, men nära centralstationen, shoppinggator och Centro storico. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal i receptionen.
