A few minutes after booking, received a WhatsApp message from the owner stating he was overbooked and moving me to a property 15 minutes away - that didn't have the private bathroom, etc. When I said that was unacceptable, he said it wasn't his fault, the website made the mistake and there was nothing else he would do. I then complained via hotels.com and he told them the prices for the original property (not the lesser property I was staying at, and reading the prices on the door) for refund calculation. Place (the second place, never saw the one i was booked at) was clean and relatively quiet, and after an additional credit from Hotels.com the finances were fair.
