Location Location Location…for this recently freshly painted cottage in the Royal Harbor area. Perfect for couples looking to be close (1 mile) to the Old Naples, Downtown, boutique shops, restaurants, galleries and shops of 5th Ave South, entertainment on 3rd Street South, Naples Beaches, Tin City, Naples Zoo, Gordons Pass River, and the Gulf of New Mexico. The Mercado district is just a short drive away. Cottage is on a cul de sac and very quiet street. Bike ride only 2 miles to Naples Beach and Naples Pier. Great location!! Plenty of parking. A great private yard for pets.

Gail was wonderful… great location…. We we able to go on afternoon walks to Tin city and to a nice cafe for lunch. Short drive to the 64 pickleball courts. We will stay again!

Perfect rental
This is a very comfortable place to stay. At this price point I consider it an excellent rental and I have rented all over the world. The screened in porch with TV was great!!. The location and neighborhood is very nice, particularly for walking your dog. Fenced in backyard was really nice to have with my labrador. Many conviences nearby. Walkable to downtown Naples. I would not hesitate to return to this very nice rental.

Home was just as expected, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. As reviewed before the window air conditioners were noisy but we adjusted. Enjoyed walking around the neighbor with our dog.

Great place for two!
Gail was excellent with communication as well as the thoughtful touches around the duplex making for a comfortable stay. Very quiet cul-de-sac and neighborhood. Unit A has a screened in lanai and private backyard which would be great if the weather was cooler. The only thing that was bothersome were the window A/C units which are loud. We had to turn the tv volume up quite a bit to compensate. Other than that, it was a great place!

My husband and I stayed here with our 10 yr old pup. It was perfect. A quiet neighborhood, quiet neighbors. Close to all things fun. The shopping, the beaches and and HUGE homes on millionaires lane, known as Gordon Rd. And to drive along the beach and see all the beach homes, wow. The dog park in Fort myers and the fine dining and dog friendly restaurants in the town. I just can't say enough about this place. Lots of lizards which I love and gorgeous beaches and the sky gave us some beautiful pictures😁 I would recommend this place. The couches were so cozy and the bed was perfect! Not too hard, not too soft. Water pressure was fantastic too!

This property was perfect for the two of us. Great location allowed us to walk to downtown and restaurants. The weather was great so we enjoyed the enclosed back patio with TV. The property was clean and all necessities were provided. Host was very responsive when we had questions.

We enjoyed our stay on Smugglers Cove. It was clean, we could have our dog with us and a fenced yard for doggo to play. The bed was very comfortable, air conditioning worked just fine, cable tv and fabulous location only one mile to downtown Naples and Starbucks. Thanks, Gail for a great vacation in paradise.
