Astoria Riverwalk Inn

"We have stayed at the Riverwalk Inn twice. We stay for the view. Everything is old and rundown. Mopped the floor with a towel that came out very dirty. Windows havn't been washed in weeks. The management seemed to be very overwhelmed. The young trainee was very pleasant at a very busy 4 o'clock check in... They do have a breakfast for guest. We only stay because the Marina and Astoria Bridge makes a beautiful view. There a view from every room. June 1st/2nd 2026."

Hi-Tide Oceanfront Inn

"Location is excellent to beach, restaurants and stores, all easy walks. Great ocean view from 3rd floor with elevator access. Room was clean but with outdated furniture and old yellow bath and sink. Quiet location further down promenade from bigger hotels and traffic. We booked 4 days in advance but room prices were lower for the same room the next couple of days. Overall enjoyed our stay at Seaside and will come again. Hope High Tides finishes their remodel soon."

"We enjoyed ourThe adjacent restaurant provided excellent breakfasts. The property accommodates pets, which is much appreciated. An EV charger on the property would be a wonderful addition. 2 EVs were parked in the parking lot while we were there, ours and one other. There are reliable Level 2 chargers on a beach access road 1 1/2 miles a way which is not very convenient. But at least they worked, u like some we tried in other towns along our route!"

"It’s too bad cleaning rooms are such an unpopular job nowadays, I use to do it living by sea Tac as a teenager for summer work, I wonder what will happen when everyone decides they don’t want to work anymore? The room was clean enough just make sure you get a room with a screen door, ours was missing with a screen thrown on the patio. Expedia is the cheapest way to schedule. Very convenient. I like getting the bicycles the best for the paved trail. The breakfast was great though and the coffee brand was excellent. Coffee and decaf provided all day."
