I honestly didn’t want to judge based on other reviews, definitely stayed because the price was low, but it’s not the cleanest, staff is very nice there are good stores nearby and a restaurant right next door, the floors are dirty, my room smelled like cigarettes, i was able to shower and sleep. Definitely not the cleanest option or prettiest.

This place is a sh!thole. The room stinks. The air conditioner does nothing but move the stink around. They’ll try and change you more than the quote. The “free coffee” is empty or cold. They advertise luggage lockup but there’s none. The worst room I have ever stayed at. The stink in the room was the worst think about it.

The maintenance man was awesome getting the heat turned on quick and getting extra pillows for us since there was only 2 on the king size bed. The stairs closest to our room were closed so we had to walk around the building to our room. The site says it's $50 deposit but they charged us $100 deposit which we did get back but still it shouldn't say one thing and be a complete other.

This property is nothing like the pictures!! They totally misrepresented themselves. The first room they gave us was gross. There must have been a dog in there because the one cupboard was half eaten. The room was not what we requested. I went down and they unwillingly gave us the right type of room. It too was dingy and dirty. There was a motorhome parked in the back that had to run its generator outside our door every night. There was also a guy that revved his truck out in the parking lot over and over and at least 3 nights in a row. No one stopped him. Other then being a great location, there’s not anything good I can say about this property.

The website says they have airport shuttle available, but they do NOT. I chose this one specifically because the site mentioned a shuttle - had to get Lift/Uber instead. Feels like false advertising Otherwise, it was fine.

Far from worth trying again, even at the low price
The rooms are not all that well kept, with mismatched paint on walls, spackled holes, very dirty floors, toilet, shower, etc. The first room I was given the heater and AC unit did not work. A maintenance man came to check on it and said that the motor needed to be replaced in it as well as many others on the property. They moved me to another room where the fan for the heater turned on yet after several hours of it on the highest setting there was no heat that ever came from it. I did not realize this until I woke up freezing in the middle of the night. The TV also did not work, and the maintenance man came again to try and mess with it but could not get it to work saying that it was an issue with the box that was installed by spectrum. At this point it was near midnight and I was tired as I needed to get up by 5:00 to catch my flight. In the morning when going to use the shower, I pulled the shower curtain back and realized there was a used wash rag laying on the top of the shower curtain. Needless to say I did not use the shower, gathered my things and left. Horribly managed property. Would not stay here again, ever!

This hotel is one of the dirtiest I have ever stayed in. I had to get two different rooms due to the first one smelling heavily of marijuana smoke and the thin comforter having burn marks all over it. The second room also had burn marks (looking like from a cigarette) all over it. The rooms are not clean, the outlets didn't work, the phone didn't work, the linens and towels are thin and dirty. The area also didn't feel safe and someone tried to sell me marijuana in the parking lot. Would not recommend. Spend a little more money somewhere else, you will not regret it.

Booked through Expedia which showed the hotel provided airport transport via shuttle . When attempting to book said shuttle during a layover, was advised by the hotel that they don’t have one. We ended up renting a car at 10PM as an Uber was $80 one way. The hotel is less than 2 miles from the airport. I almost could have thrown a rock and hit it. When we arrived at the hotel in our $300 2 day rental car, they did not have my reservation. Ended up on the phone for 1.5 hours trying to translate between Expedia and the hotel. Was told by the hotel that I needed to pay again if I wanted a room. It’s now close to midnight. Finally got a supervisor from Expedia who was able straighten out the room situation. Was finally given a key to our dirty room, 2 microscopic bath towels (I think), no hand towel, 1 hangar and no amenities whatsoever. The staff was very unfriendly and seemed to think the whole problem was my fault. No apologies or kindness shown at all! I realize that this is an economy hotel but this was sub-par even for that category.

Check in person very friendly and explained everything. Hotel in pretty poor condition. One room the door didn’t lock. Other room bedside lamp didn’t work. No place to plug in electronics except by sink. No hand towel, no coffee service. All premium channels turned off. Rooms need update, lots of wall cracks and such. I wouldn’t take a shower, tub not dirty, just old.

There were a bunch of young men that were staying long term from work. They came back up to the floor i was on with 12pks of beer. They were all extremely loud, playing music, and drinking. At one point, one of the guys threw up all over the sidewalk near me. It was disgusting. This was after 9pm. When i was going back inside one of them made a lewd comment to me in spanish, i understand. It was pretty rough. Very difficult to get the air unit on to drown out the noise.

The first hotel room we were given, the door would not lock. You could literally open the door without the room key. We went to the desk and got another room. This room had paint chipped off the walls, bathroom light had a whole around it and looked like it could fall out of the ceiling, cigarette burns in our bed sheets. The room looked dingy, and had a bunch of dust/dirt in the corners of the room and baseboards. There were 2 very thin pillows, and 3 scratchy blankets. The room smelled of mold annd cigarettes. And a full size cot, not the King like I had booked in the first place. It wasn’t a great experience, but the people were kind of nice. Definitely not worth the $110 I paid.

Bugs all over the bed
Do *NOT* stay here. Two of the rooms had a noxious smell and the third had what looked like flea dirt all over the sheet and upon closer inspection, there were crawling worms all over it too (picture attached). I cannot understate how disgusting this Rodeway Inn is. After seeing three rooms, I asked for a refund that they tried to not give me. Hotels.com tried to handle it and they tried to put them off too and eventually I had to dispute the charges with my bank. It was then that I discovered they tried to put through a *second $260 charge* that night. It’s literally the worst hotel experience I’ve had and it should be shut down.

The entire room smelled like sewage. There are long staying occupants who get extremes drunk and wander around at night banging on doors. The rooms are very old. The ac was up all way and barely working. 80's style couch blocking the shared door between rooms. Tub leaked. One plus was there was a nkce big fridge in the room.

The property is nicely located for visiting downtown Nashville and the Grand Oldy Opry. The man who checked me in was very polite and helpful. I didn't expect much since you get what you pay for as they always say. However this hotel is very run down and is very slum like. My room was in disrepair with mirror ripped off the door, rotting ceiling in shower with missing tile, front door not sealed properly with safety chain missing, very well worn paint on walls, and some bugs crawling on the floor. I stayed there since it was only two nights but I thought how could you rent out a room like this? No pride in ownership. I'm sure there are other budget motels in the area that are more habitable. I would look elsewhere.

Smells like S**t
The room has a terrible smell. It smelled as of someone had used the toilet and not flushed. If I had not been so tired I would have made other arrangements. There was no coffee in the room.

The rooms were poorly maintained, had a strong odor, fire alarm laying on shelf - didn’t work, no rod or clothes hangars. Furniture is stained. Paint on wall is scuffed up. Shower has black around it. Definitely will not stay here again.

I can't begin to describe the horrible stench this room had. The sheets and blankets we stained and had holes.
