Spacious apartment in great location
We had a peaceful stay in this apartment! We have two kids and there was adequate space and amenities. Comfortable courtyard, great location for walking by the river, and the pool was a wonderful bonus!

A great weekend in Nashville
This was the perfect place for us to stay for our extended weekend. So close to everything. We mostly took an uber becasue of the weather, but alot of things are walkable. Its a beautiful and cozy place to stay.

This property was awesome. The amenities were wonderful: garage parking for 2 cars, an elevator, and convenient trash disposal. The beds were comfortable. The living area had beautiful windows and was an awesome entertainment center. Loved it!

Really Nice Place
The location was great for accessing the downtown core on foot! Quiet place.The pictures are representative of this lovely apartment. It is fully equipped in the kitchen. Missing were curtains in the second bedroom and this affected our sleep.. sadly up with the sun. The floor was not as clean as it should have been and there were dust bunnies under the bed. I did not see a broom or vaccum to rectify this

Great place to stay. Walking into town is downhill so getting home at night is uphill. It’s a little rough you’ve been drinking. Overall, it was a great place to stay very clean

quiet, clean, & spacious
If you want to visit Nashville but have a place to go to away from the crowds, this is your place! It's walkable to the Broadway honky tonks, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and a number of restaurants. Then you can return to this beautiful, bright, open space and enjoy quiet time with your friends and family. I highly recommend this place!

Great location and suite
The location of this rental is great for access to downtown. It was well equipped and very comfortable. There is not a grocery store nearby. Plan for a trip using rideshare if vacationing without a car.

Sandra- there is a grocery store 2 blocks away called Southernaire market and deli. There’s also a Whole Foods and Publix downtown. It’s a 10 min walk to Broadway so most don’t use transit and there are multiple restaurants within a couple blocks of our unit

The property is perfect for two couples looking to spend some time in Nashville. Super close to Broadway and an easy Uber to the Gulch. We had a great time in this clean comfy condo.

Minor housekeeping issues aside, a very nice property.
very nice overall. minor housekeeping issues… towels were not clean and A/C filter was very dirty. Looked like it hadn’t been changed in months. Nightime street lights came right in to the bedrooms. The shades did not help. I spoke with property management and they were cordial and said they would address these issues in the future. Assuming that happens, I would stay here again and can recommend this property highly. David S.

We loved staying here. It was very clean and roomy. We didn't have a car, it was very close to downtown, an easy walk. We enjoyed the nice quiet area after so many people being downtown! Would definitely stay here again!

Convenient location
This condo is very conveniently located - an easy walk to the downtown area (maybe 10 - 15 mins from Broadway street). Theres a really neat spot right near the condo called Pinewood Social - has great breakfast and a really cool retro bowling alley (plus other games/activities, a bar, etc). The condo was really clean and the host was very timely with responses.

Perfect for two couples. Location was great....not in all the hustle and bustle (Broadway)but only few minutes ride on electric scooter(they are everywhere and so convenient) and 10 minute walk. Also had a couple bars within walking distance. Enjoyed our stay and would book again if ever back in Nashville!

Downtown Nashville exploring and Luke Combs concert.
Very enjoyable stay in this unit. It is in a great location along with other similar condo properties close enough to walk to the Broadway area or across the bridge to Nissan Stadium for concerts or football games but also far enough away for a quiet and peaceful stay. Unit is spacious and well kept. Underground parking in a private garage for your vehicles is nice also not having to park on the street. Communication with the owner was very good and easy with the whole process. My wife and our friends all enjoyed the unit and would stay here again and recommend to others. Thanks !!!

Although, it is written there is shampoo and soap, they were not labeled great, and there is no conditioner! So make sure that is packed with you. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Very convenient and nice overall stay in Nashville
The location of the property is great with convenient access to the downtown Nashville area. Only about 1/2 mile walk or easy uber commute if you don't want to walk. Very nice place and having the parking garage is very nice! My only issue was that I'm an extremely light sleeper and all the window shades do not block light and noise comes through pretty easily. Overall however it was a nice stay.

Great location, nice walk to Broadway! Unfortunately the heat was not working and it was chilly! Having said that, when the owner was contacted, it was dealt with immediately, but could not be repaired during our stay! Otherwise everything was great!

Denise- thanks and sorry for inconvenience of the furnace. The emergency heat did work and and it was 74 in the unit at one point and I know you had to turn it off at one point as well. The parts took a week to come in the furnace has been completely replaced now so it’s brand new.

Outstanding Property!
The detail of the check in & check out property made everything simple. There was excess amounts of coffee pods, laundry supplies & toilet paper, which was nice. The floor wasn’t as clean as I’d like, esp with a baby crawling on the floor. The keurig machine still had coffee grounds & was not very clean. We really enjoyed this property & would return.

This apartment was perfect for our needs. It was beautiful and clean. The location was perfect. We didn't have to travel far for all the places we wanted to go. Nissian Stadium and Broadway were minutes away. Over great time and great accommodations.

Great spot in Nashville
I usually stay in a hotel on or within walking distance of Broadway. I actually loved the location of this property. Close enough to the action but tucked away in a very cool condo and loft community. Right on the Cumberland River within walking distance to Pinewood Social which is my fave! You will LOVE this place!
