Of course, this was not at all a 5-star hotel. It is being phased out and it was not hidden from us. The manager, Salisa, was amazing from the moment we entered until the last time we saw her. Her congeniality, her people skills and overall professionalism were evident from guest to guest - consistent. She and her team rallied together to ensure we were comfortable.
It was obvious that they were concerned about the cleanliness of the hotel though that might have been a bit distracting. (The hallway could have been wider). We hope they will take that into consideration as they continue their renovation project.
The breakfast area was clean but the meal would have been more appetizing if I could have grabbed a fruit or if there were alternatives for vegetarians. The entrance was clean but could have been more attractive – more appealing and the business offer needs upgrading.
Although we weren’t totally sold on the facility – what comes with aging – the treatment we received merited our wanting to check in again... because of the team. (So sorry, I have no pictures to upload).

This was by far the worst hotel I ever had to stay here. It was not up-to-date. There’s a horrible odor in every hallway. The bed felt like I was sleeping on the floor. The breakfast that they have for free it’s not even worth it. I would rather go buy breakfast from a nice restaurant. Last but not least, the lights went off at 9 PM the day before we were scheduled to leave. The next morning, I me and my fiancé woke up we had to go take a shower and someone else’s room. DO NOT ATTEND THIS HOTEL. IF YOU SEE A QUALITY IN ANYWHERE IN AMERICA RUN!!!!!!!

Hotel was just what we were looking for. Close to most everything we were going to see in the Opryland area. Downtown was only 20 min away. In fact we took the hotel shuttle downtown. That saved a lot of grief. The people who work here are great. We have to shout out to Stacey and Richard. They took good care of us. Everyone else that we had limited contact with also were great. Thanks for a nice stay. Breakfast was also very good.

Quality Inn Opryland is a great value for the area. The staff was very friendly. Great food right next door. Easy drive to the Ryman Theater as well as the Grand ole Opry.

For 187.00 per night I would expect a clean hotel room. The carpet was wet and there was no water in the tank of the toilet. I couldn’t get the tank to fill. Luckily I was only 1 night there. I would not recommend this property under any circumstance.

We specifically looked at hotels with a pool . It is advertised as having a pool but there IS NOT A POOL ! We were really disappointed as it was 90 degrees !Websites need updated so others aren’t disappointed as we were

Furniture and carpets are horrifically dirty and falling apart. The furniture in the lobby and the chairs in the rooms look like they were pulled from the garbage. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. They asked if I wanted room cleaning every other day and I accepted but they never once cleaned the room for a 6 day stay. I had to get clean towels and toilet paper from the front desk and throw the garbage from the trash bins away myself.

Easy to find and get to. Staff was friendly. Overall, it is well worn and definitely been used, but otherwise clean and quiet. The room was good with comfortable bed and the AC was cold. Breakfast buffet was fresh and very tasty with all the traditional breakfast foods. Booked through Expedia and had a good discounted rate.

It was close to Opryland . We were there for a concert- close to restaurants. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was ok and glad to have each morning 😊

The front desk people were very friendly and accommodating. We had to check out of another facility by 10am and needed to ensure our luggage was safe so we could continue to explore the sites and experiences if Nashville. We were allowed to check in to our room at Quality Inn early . We really appreciate that. Also appreciated how quiet it was for sleeping and that there was shuttle service available for a very low price.

Bathroom sink water would not get warm after five minutes! The shower was warm, but not hot. The room was musty and mildewy and bothered our sinuses. This facility is old and should be painted, new carpet, air, ducts, cleaned, new drapes.

I stay here every time I visit Nashville. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Great breakfast, location. Being able to get a shuttle downtown is great.
For one night it is adequate. The hotel is old and rundown, everything needs replacing. The bed was comfortable. When we checked in the WiFi wasn’t working so although I had prepaid I never actually checked in. However, for a cheap overnight stay it was fine. Just don’t expect too much.

It’s a place I have stayed at several times! It’s convenient, has a shuttle to downtown and is a good place to stay!
The day we checked out we went to have a hot breakfast before we got on the road and there wasn’t any hot breakfast and they didn’t offer us anything because of it
