It's a Keeper
We absolutely recommend this incredible house. The availability of three separate seating areas is a big plus. The beds are quite comfortable though more pillows would be helpful. The master bath is luxurious. We didn't do any meal prep but the kitchen is well stocked with pots, utensils, dishes, etc. The cabinets are labeled so finding things is super easy. Having a fenced yard is a hard to find necessity for us. The property manager responded to every inquiry. We were visiting for our granddaughter's hockey tournament, the location was excellent for that and also close to the downtown music scene. We did miss having a booklet noting nearby restaurants, grocery stores and the like. Pick this house, it will not disappoint!!!

Several Problems
Looking forward to an outside grill to cook. Grill was filthy and the propane tank was empty. Called Vacasa to have it cleaned and filled. During our stay no one came to fix it. The lights in the master bedroom and bath would come on in the middle of the night and wake us up more than once every night. Vacasa response: nothing. To add to problems the nest thermostat had no instructions and seemed to be on its own schedule that was not comfortable. Conclusion: avoid Vacasa like the plague.

Great location and beautiful house
The house was in a perfect location, so close to downtown and everything you would need on a trip. We loved the artwork and the space was so much better than the pictures depict. We had one night that the hot tub wasn't working so that was disappointing, the ice machine in the fridge was broken which was ok but again disappointing. Also, the sunroom AC froze on us in the middle of the night and woke us all up but it worked fine the next day. But all in all we had a great experience, the staff was receptive and fast to fix the issues. If you want a great location that is easy and fast to downtown, this is the place to stay. We will stay again if the need arises :)

Concert weekend
Spaces were as described. Hot tub was great. Housekeeping had left the exterior porch door unlocked but not the interior door that leads to the inside of house. Discovered nearly all the window latches were also left unlocked. Gave this group of 3 women the heebie jeebies for the first night. Communication with Vacasa was exceptional!

Great home for 5-member moms’ group getaway!
Clean house in quiet neighborhood. Just far enough from airport and from downtown Nash. Nice enclosed porch. Had some communication probs with owners but they kindly cleared up issue on the phone. All good! Book this place!

Close to everything
15 minutes to downtown. 10 minutes to a Vanderbilt basketball game. 10 minutes to a local brewery. Everything we needed!

Great place to stay in Nashville!
Great place to stay. Only two small constructive criticisms. Number one. Five adults two children only four towels and wash cloth. I know it was fall but there was a lot of leaves on the decking. Thanks for this stay. Perfect place for small children.

Great house, not so great management
The property is great. In a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The only issue was no internet. This was a major issue as I was working remote. I spent hours on the phone and texting with their management company with absolutely no resolution. They kept making promises with no follow through whatsoever. I was there for a week with no internet which also means no tv. It was extremely frustrating. If you could fix that I would give 5 stars.

Fantastic Getaway House
This house is amazing for a getaway! Plenty of space to be comfortable with several common areas to choose from. We loved the sunroom and spent a lot of our time in that area. The neighborhood is quiet, and close to restaurants and some stores. Only a 15 minute uber ride into the downtown area. We loved our stay and would book it again!

Perfect location & neighborhood for visiting with family here. Floor plan suited our needs beautifully. We could have used more linens (towels / wash cloths / pillow cases) & deck has not been cleaned off. Our propane tank for the outdoor grill was empty but vacasa brought us a full one within 2 hours of notification! Thank you so much. Overall extremely pleased with our stay!!

Great House but Negligent management
The house itself is gorgeous, and as described. Unfortunately the management team is incompetent and negligent. We didn't have wifi for the duration of our stay, which was very detrimental to some of us who needed to work from home on Thursday and Friday. We called multiple times and nothing was done to correct this problem. The bathrooms were also very dirty, with hair in the tub and the shower. The toilet had a dirt/mold rim.
