The hotel was clean, safe and offered a decent breakfast. There is a shopping center accross the street and lots of restaurants and take out places to eat walkable to this hotel

We arrived late at night, and Mike greeted up with a welcoming smile, a blessing for weary travelers! Check in was easy, rooms are spotless, beds are comfy, shower has good water pressure. We met Paula, the owner, during the course of the next day, who is also friendly, welcoming, and stressed how important it is to her for guests to have a good stay. The fitness room is small but adequate. There is a Planet Fitness across the way. The pool looked clean. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage patties, cereals, muffins, pancakes, yogurt, so there is something for most people's likings. Great stay, will be back when in the area again!

The toilet flushed by itself every 10 -15 minutes even during the night ! Limits breakfast food. No any snacks next to the coffee for earlier on road customers. charged additional $100 deposit that will return back to you for 5-7 business days while other hotels will return it in the same day when you leave.

The hotel was great, other than hairs left on a settee in the room. We didn't dare sit any of our bags on that chair. But other than that the room was clean and just what we needed for our stay.

It wasnt dirty per say but it also wasnt the cleanest place I have stayed at that price range. Bathroom door did not lock or even close all the way. You also have to pay a security deposit but the cost exceeds the poor condition of the hotel.

The room was super clean and the beds very comfortable. The only negative thing was the continental breakfast. It was the standard breakfast of eggs, pancakes, biscuits, sausage, etc. but when we got down there, all the hot food was gone. Went to the counter to tell the lady and she said somebody would be out shortly. 30 minutes later she came out to start refilling the hot items. She put in maybe 2 cups of scrambled eggs and 5 sausage patties for a line of over 20 people. It was only one hour into breakfast service so it was quite surprising that there was no food left and no upkeep with the items. One of the main reasons for choosing this place was for the breakfast so we didn’t have to stop at a restaurant. Both staff members running the counter and taking care of the food, were not kind or helpful and a lot of people left angry. Not sure if it was just an off day for them but this was very unlike all the other stays we’ve had at this chain. Definitely wouldn’t make me stop from going there as I thought everything else was great though.

This was a great option on our road trip from Destin, FL, to Indianapolis, IN. Rooms were well appointed, spacious and clean. Breakfast was great, with ample offerings for everyone in our family.

Very disappointed that a dyslexic mistake in my booking cost me a whole other full rate room because I booked the wrong Monday. EVEN THOUGH it was a correctible error. I should have stayed somewhere else and not have rewarded you for not finding a way to compensate me for a room you got paid for that no one used. Disappointed.

This morning the front desk clerk could be heard yelling at a guest for taking a plastic fork That are free with breakfast and they have a plastic fork bin that was empty. The door to our washroom would grind and leave wood shavings. The bathroom light. Stopped working. The room is clean and bright but there is some serious staffing issues. I was appalled at how this staff was talking to a guest, threatened to call the cops on her for taking a fork. It was awful.
