All interactions with people who work there are pleasant. They are all helpful and accommodating. We stayed at the cliff side. The room was relatively new, clean and has lots of space. It would have been perfect if not for the people next door, being rowdy until 2-3 in the morning. We did not call the office and complaint, we should have. Anyway thank you MtPrinceton for such outstanding services. Tim

We apologize for not having the room you booked through Expedia. Unfortunately, because the reservation was made on the same day as the stay, it had not been integrated into our system. The integration of reservations can take some time. We were at full occupancy when you checked in and could not accommodate a Hillside room. The Lodge room you were placed in, however is an upgrade in our system. If you decide to stay with us again in the future, feel free to book with us directly through our website mtprinceton.com or over the phone at (719) 395-2447. We can guarantee a room type and most likely get you a better deal as well.

The cabin was a good space for a family of 4 for a weekend getaway. Would have liked more and improved kitchen utensils and pans. Long wait for front desk to checkin & checkout but the staff was very friendly. Beautiful area!

Hot springs were nice and we enjoyed the different temperatures. We were glad to have the family pool so our son could enjoy. We do recommend updating the Hillside rooms and bringing more food options. The restaurant was limited in selection and very expensive.

This was our first time at the hot springs resort, and we loved it. Lots of spaces to bathe and relax in varying water temperatures. The only problem we encountered is there was no hot water when we took a shower. Otherwise it was a great visit.

My wife and i loved our stay. Went to the hot springs twice a day. Our only is was dirty dishes left in the dishwasher.

We come to this place for the hot springs! If you are coming to this resort to feel welcome this is not the place. Reservation got completely messed up no rooms available when we arrived and they only had bad things to say about Expedia yet they had our reservations book. Could not accommodate us for the two nights we book. With insult to injury we were left high and dry to figure out the second night with extremely mean staff members! Other than that the spa was absolutely amazing!

The hot springs are amazing. It is the best part of the resort. We stayed in one of the cabins this time and it was ok. Wifi was in and out no room service, had to call multiple times to get towels and have them check the WiFi. The cabins are very noisy, especially if you’re at the bottom, you can hear everything. Restostaffvwas great, food was good.

Pros: The resort is wonderful ! Multiple pools to relax and take in the majestic scenery. Staff friendly and responsive to needs. Cons: The check-in process was a bit chaotic, no bath towels in room, sliding glass door was dirty and streaked, metal shower handle was broken.

Cabin we rented was very bad quality. You could here everything in entire house while you sitting in a room. No room service at all. Hot springs are ok, but never stay there overnight. We stayed there for 3 nights and staying experience was terrible. Plus they charged us $150 more than they were supposed to charge. Avoid staying there!

Some queues to check in, but outside of that great pools and services. Thin doors with frisky neighbors on the Hillside. You just have to intimidate them in return!
