“Put in the reservation/booking notes we were celebrating our baby moon and wedding anniversary and would be interested in a room upgrade. When we arrived no congratulations, acknowledgment of notes at all. When I asked about a room upgrade I was told I had to call Hilton directly which I found strange.
Overall staff was pleasant, there was loud construction going on during our stay. Restaurants and pools on site were convenient. Beach not safe for toddlers/ small children.”
