“​We stayed here during the slow season, so the property was very quiet and peaceful, and the resident peacocks were an absolute gem that added a unique charm to the place. We ran into a few maintenance issues during our stay—including low shower pressure, a weak toilet flush, an unheated hot tub, and no lights in the pool—but when we notified the staff, they immediately offered to move us to a different room. We admittedly declined because we were already unpacked and settled in, but the staff……

“I booked this apartment late afternoon, and arrived promptly after booking. The host Greg was fantastic. He was friendly and extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. He made sure I had everything I needed and settled me into the apartment with all the info I needed. WiFi was fast and there was a smart tv too to watch Netflix or Amazon prime. Shower was great. “The rooms are spectacular and clean. Was very pleased with the quality and design of the rooms. The beach view was beyond amazing. The staff were all friendly and friendly welcome everyone with a smile and warm greeting. The bar is nice. My boyfriend liked it because it set up like a sports bar so he could watch sports. I love the roof top lounge for adults it’s the best view of them all. A nice night relaxing and looking out on the ocean is always a vibe. I enjoyed their breakfast at the……

“Hébergement correct bien qu’un peu vieillot. Grande chambre avec un très grand lit, une cuisine bien équipée et une salle de bain avec dressing et table et fer à repasser. En revanche, le personnel de l’hôtel est très jeune et un peu léger sur le service. Excepté la réceptionniste de nuit et une présente un matin. Le service du petit déjeuner est très long près d’une heure d’attente pour un poisson frit et une omelette.”

“Very nice Resort, Very clean, Delicious 3 course meals. The Staff were very friendly, always eager to help and tried to make sure everything was good. The Beach was washed, lots of Sargassum, but only happens about once a year. No fault of theirs. They set up chairs and umbrellas for us every day. We will definitely return.”

“Resort was clean, room was spacious although we had pool side view the stairs to our space for the pool was broken, staff was friendly, no activities or much entertainment, food was mediocre, found myself going to a coffee place 1 min walk away and going to other restaurants off property to enjoy the food, only chopstix was worth it for dinner. If I would’ve known I wouldn’t have paid more for the all inclusive and would’ve just paid standard price.”

“Location Staff did not show how to operate the TV, the AC, the shower head, nor the rusty looking stove. The store was very old. I was afraid to touch the stove. There were no disposable cups in the bathroom, for oral care. There was no complimentary 6 once bottles of water, no box of tissue, no paper towel, or cloth kitchen towel. The lock on the door appeared weak. There was floss treader on the bed. I did not use any. There an uneven step at the top of the first flight of the stairs……
