“I booked this apartment late afternoon, and arrived promptly after booking. The host Greg was fantastic. He was friendly and extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. He made sure I had everything I needed and settled me into the apartment with all the info I needed. WiFi was fast and there was a smart tv too to watch Netflix or Amazon prime. Shower was great. “The rooms are spectacular and clean. Was very pleased with the quality and design of the rooms. The beach view was beyond amazing. The staff were all friendly and friendly welcome everyone with a smile and warm greeting. The bar is nice. My boyfriend liked it because it set up like a sports bar so he could watch sports. “Overall the staff was great, especially Juanita, Akeem and Akiel. There was one very unfriendly bartender, but everyone else was helpful and friendly. Just don’t count on accommodation if you have mobility issues. As soon as I booked I requested a ground floor room and we were put on the second floor in a building with no elevator. I think we would have had a very different experience had the sargassum not been so bad during our stay. We tried to enjoy the pool, but the rules were not……

“We upgraded to deluxe, beautiful room, clean, quiet. Staff pleasant and professional, very friendly. Truly enjoyed chatting with the lady at the gift shop and most of the restaurant staff, security officers always willing to chat, love this place, love the people, can't wait to come back. Only thing that I would like to see is maybe one or two trash bins in the parking lot, other than that 10+”

“The drinks were so good that I never made it for breakfast. Lol! The lunch and dinner were good though. This resort is for more of an older crowd, and everyone there besides me was retired. I enjoyed my stay there, the staff is friendly and helpful, the bartender Trey is hilarious and entertaining, and the manager is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. ”

“Very nice Resort, Very clean, Delicious 3 course meals. The Staff were very friendly, always eager to help and tried to make sure everything was good. The Beach was washed, lots of Sargassum, but only happens about once a year. No fault of theirs. They set up chairs and umbrellas for us every day. We will definitely return.”

“Resort was clean, room was spacious although we had pool side view the stairs to our space for the pool was broken, staff was friendly, no activities or much entertainment, food was mediocre, found myself going to a coffee place 1 min walk away and going to other restaurants off property to enjoy the food, only chopstix was worth it for dinner. If I would’ve known I wouldn’t have paid more for the all inclusive and would’ve just paid standard price.”
