“Nice, clean place to stay. It is very close to Itasca Lake north entrance. Host was very responsive. ”

“Cabin was clean, beautiful and well-furnished. The area was very quiet with great views across the lake and of the fall foliage. Good access to the north entrance of Lake Itasca state park (about 25-30 min drive), which was the main reason we visited this area. It was lovely to come back to this cabin after a day exploring the park. The host was very quick to respond to questions and very helpful.”

“This property was absolutely amazing! My boyfriend and I were looking for a cozy fall getaway, and this cabin was exactly what we needed. Between the hot tub and the sauna, we stayed warm while enjoying the cool, crisp autumn air. One of our favorite moments was stargazing right from the hot tub — it was magical. We did notice that the jets turned off after a while and didn’t come back on, which might be a small malfunction, but it didn’t take away from the experience.Listening to the swans flap...

“We enjoyed our stay. It was a great location with easy access to Itasca. It was quiet and quaint. Loved sitting out on the porch in the mornings and evenings enjoying the view of the trees and listening to the birds. We did have a problem with quite a few flies in the house, but the host was responsive and brought us a fly swatter. But overall, we loved the place. The bugs were definitely not a deal breaker, just a minor annoyance. Would definitely recommend this cabin to others visiting the...

“Drop dead gorgeous lake without the jammed, crowded lake houses so many other Minnesota lakes offer. Unique island location. The sauna was immensely popular with everyone. Special feeling to float in the lake at night after the sauna experience. Armada of toys and games kept the young ones engaged. Kayaks and paddle boards. Two fridges were ever so helpful when you have a party of 12 as we did. Communication with the host was lightning-fast and friendly. The island is a magnet for fish. Overall,...
