“Nice”

“Upon checking in we were informed the elevator was broken and there were no ground floor rooms. My wife had suffered an injury to her foot and couldn’t climb steps. I asked about the non refundable reservation and was told that since it wasn’t our fault the reservation had to be cancelled we wouldn’t be charged. They didn’t have a room we could use. We obtained a room next door at their sister property(clarion). However, we were charged for this motel, and they have refused a refund. We even……

“The bed was very comfortable, but we stayed for the pool but the water was so cold I couldn’t get in. My husband did for a couple of minutes but he got out it was cold. We had to endure some kids in room above us running back n forth, it was loud. Our main purpose to stay was to use the pool and that didn’t happen so yeah I’m disappointed. But the room was clean. Unfortunately we won’t stay here again. We live 18 miles away and was not worth it for us, but if you are just looking for a nice……

“Bathroom had dirty walls and baseboards. Wash clothes and towels were all stained. Bed sheets were clean but stained. Not normal Ramada Quality. Very old motel.”

“Gym was not operational... one reason we reserved there. Some of the room trim was tired or in disrepair.”

“1. 客房乾淨寬敞 2. 櫃台人員很和氣 3.詠池在11月中去也有開放 4. 周遭維持的都很乾淨 5. 不需再預繳其他可能損失費用 6. 唯一可惜的是當天晚間底達時, 因為它處在離主要道路比較深的角落, 加上招牌的 "B"字不亮, 找了許久才找到.”

“We stay here every August for a local event. We have an Aussie and she can stay with us for a small fee. It’s usually quiet and there is a good local restaurant next door.”
