The floors do get dirty by the front door due to people walking in and out of the house bringing their things in. We did offer to send our cleaner out immediately and you rejected that offer. We were never aware you couldn’t find spare sheets every room has two extra sets located in the linen closet by the upstairs bath room inbetween rooms 3&4. The basement has the 5th bedroom and a full bathroom that are furnished perfectly! The basement does not have furnishings outside of the 5th room due to most guest who book with large families want the quieter room to get away from the full house of kids.
