“Rooms have no safes. Room, bed linens, towels are only changed every 2 days unless you request it to be more frequently. Complained about our room’s air conditioner with a very high pitched squeal and we were moved to a better room with a quiet AC. Last day, our door had the “do not disturb” placard on the outside door knob but to our surprise, room cleaner opened our door at 8:00am! Good thing we had engaged the security bar!!! We booked for 6 nights but cleaning wasn’t done every 2 days. ……
