“This was such a cute place! My wife loves the Golden Girls so I surprised her with an overnight stay for our 4yr anniversary and she absolutely loved it. Its in a great location only 5-10 mins from downtown/waterfront and in a quiet neighborhood. Brandon had great communication and even offered for us to check in early. Overall great experience and I would not only stay here again myself I'd recommend it to everyone I know.”

“We had a wonderful staying at this location! The host was quick to respond, the house was incredibly clean, and there were even a few snacks and drinks to welcome us. Ideal location, we could walk easily to most attractions if we wanted. Thank you! P”

“Responsive communications with the hosts and the property was well represented in the photos. Beautiful shared backyard space with several spots to relax in front. The hosts provided lots of great info prior to arrival on local restaurants and grocery stores. The location was excellent and only a short 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Lifeguards are posted at the beach during the summer season. The street was peaceful and quiet at all times. I would love to stay in the upstairs unit next...

“The property was clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The front porch leading to a fenced yard was perfect for our dog. Fishing pier and beach were a block and a half away, and there's a dog park 4 blocks away as well. Very convenient location for dining out. although the kitchen desired.”

“We were there for three nights only, but enjoyed ourselves immensely. We had a dog with us and while needing to keep her leashed, this was also a great experience. We could cook in the house, but the nearby restaurants were wonderful.”

“We came down for a weekend trip and had a beautiful weekend. We had everything we needed. Perfect location to town so you don't have to worry about parking fees. Great owner whom we met while here. Could not ask for better accommodations! We will be frequent visitors here!”

“Richard was a wonderful host and very responsive. He met us upon arrival and showed us around. The cottage was clean and well stocked. It is located in a residential area but it is only 15-20 minutes from them beach (depending on traffic) and a similar distance from downtown wilmington. A big thumbs up!”

“Perfect location. Amusement park about a mile away. Kure Pier approx 4 miles. Ocean across the street. Lovely condo with AMAZING fenced in back yard. I love the freedom of letting my autistic 4 year old run in freedom with the high fence around the entire back yard. Kathy is an amazing host. She makes sure she can answer questions and help in any way. We will be going back. ”

“This place was very clean and nicely decorated. It was a great location and short talk to the beach and just the right place for a girl's weekend away. The only thing to note is the listing says there are 2 double beds in the one bed but they are actually twin beds. But we greatly enjoyed our stay!”
