“This was our 1st visit to Carolina Beach and the surrounding areas and we had a great time! There was so much to do and see so we were never bored. The beaches were beautiful and clean and we especially enjoyed Kure Beach and the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher. Our only complaint is that we were on the 2nd floor (we're both 60) and it was exhausting going up and down the stairs. It also wasn't clear to us that there was a fob in the room for pool & beach access but we figured it out.……

“Good communication with host! Condo had been vacant prior to our arrival and it was a particularly hot day so it took a long time for the AC to cool down the unit when we arrived. (Owner was kind enough to contact maintenance guy!)Great location! Steps from the beach. Decent view of Thursday night fireworks from the deck. Quick walk to the "boardwalk". Short drive to a Publix grocery store. Sufficiently equipped kitchen (air fryer!) to cook breakfast and dinner. Condo had definitely been……

“Their place is great, and they are so easy to work with. (Great host) The place is a wonderful one-bedroom condo, and they pretty much have everything you need. The place was very clean and close enough to everything (beach about a block) and with using the golf cart taxi service to go into town to avoid driving and parking was great for dinner. We will be back!!”

We were able to see fireworks from the balcony on July 4th. I think also during the summer months, they have fireworks on Thursday nights on the boardwalk. We loved the convenience to the beach.
