Hotel staff was fantastic. Many amazing New Orleans sights to see are walking distance or a short cab ride away. We were able to walk to the Cathedral of St. Louis and Bourbon street. The spa is absolutely wonderful as well. The hotel is incredibly quiet and you get a real sense of privacy. The 1700's ...
Beautiful hotel across the street from the French Quarter. Great food, spa, superior rooms. Highly recommended for special occasion get always!
Our family of 5 people fitted well into the 2 room accommodation. The pool and spa was great, even during the cold snap and the evening drinks and food were very generous. Breakfast was great as well. We both walked and caught the trolley to the French quarter and walking to 'Mothers' for dinner ...
Our room was a suite which included a living room with a sectional sofa that converted to a bed, desk, TV, area with a sink, small refrigerator and coffee pot. The bedroom featured a king size bed, TV, dresser and sitting area.Bathroom was very modern with plenty of counterspace and a walk in shower. ...
From the top hatted doormen to the PB & J sandwiches (a variety of breads) with hot cocoa at midnite for guests, to the concierge (very helpful) to the decorations for the season (Halloween) it was tasteful, beautiful and more than pleasant. The rooms are a beautiful reminder of a bygone era where ...
Check in was a breeze. Room was super clean and wonderfully accommodating with nice amenities. Pool and spa open 24 hours, rare but lovely especially for New Orleans, since it stays warm all evening. Hot tub seemed to be on a timer, couldn't get the jets to work after midnight, but still hot and ...
It was a new hotel, cleaned well and pleasant. It also has a indoor swimming pool and spa. I enjoyed staying there and the staffs were kind.
It's a Boutique hotel. That has a spa feel when you walk in. Great bar with a mixologist bar tender. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance.
This hotel is on the river directly across from Harrah's casino. It is a short walk to all that New Orleans has to offer. Although the hotel has so many amenities, why leave? It has the best health club of any hotel with 5 indoor tennis courts. Definitely will stay here again.
I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was nice and clean. The entire staff from the porters to the front desk were incredibly kind and helpful. I loved the fact that the streetcar stop was right outside the front door at the corner.
This was our first time in NOLA. We chose this hotel based on reviews we read and were very pleased. As soon as you walk into the hotel lobby you are greeted by a lovely spa aroma and friendly staff. The contemporary design of the hotel created a very welcoming and relaxing ambiance. The hotel is ...
A Boutique Hotel that fits in the mode of New Orleans. Breakfast is included and the selection was very good. Needs some obvious touch-ups here and there (Ex. ceilings and walls painting, not enough towel racks or hangers) but we still enjoyed our stay very much.
This is the perfect spot to be. Very quaint, very quiet. No spa type luxuries, but that is not why you stay here. The bar is awesome and the drinks and wait staff are the best.
Overall, very disappointed in our stay. The room was nice and clean, the king size bed very comfortable. But on our second night, the AC went out! By 8pm it was 82 degrees in our room. I complained to the front desk 3 times in a 4 hour period, each time to be told it was now working and to be patient... ...
The staff, location, facilities, rooms and of course the breakfast all met and in some cases exceeded our expectations what else could anyone ask for. There is no doubt in our mind that the next time, which hopefully will be next year 2018, we will be staying at this hotel.
