Everything was amazing at this property. The staff was unbelievable.
Room was nicely appointed albeit very small. Found bed too soft for my taste, felt like I was rolling out . Only one chair and in a corner so unable to see TV unless in bed.
Great hotel at a very convenient location. We were able to walk to Bourbon street, the river walk and to the streetcar stops we wanted. Hotel personnel were always friendly and helpful. Room was perfect.
Great location. Friendly staff. Bed is too soft and the single queen bed room is small.
Great location for families and nice rooftop outdoor pool. Liked the 20 ft ceilings in the room. Great breakfast options. The valet was cumbersome as we would have liked easier access to the car for things we forgot. Dinner options were repetitive.
Beautiful experience for our first time in New Orleans
The Grenoble house was a great place to stay while enjoying French Quarter Festival. It is in the heart of the French Quarter; a short walking distance to everything. I stayed in one of the smaller units, but is was great to have a full kitchen, a living room, and a separate bedroom.
It was a beautiful historic building with a great location walking distance to many sights. The rooms were comfortable and mostly quiet.
It was OK. Kind of a "not warm" feeling. Too contemporary for me.
Nice clean rooms nice breakfast in the morings clean close to alot of places could walk to eat
Friendly staff! Great location, close to downtown.
Everything was taken care of anything we ask that answer properly everything went well with our stay
Loved this hotel! It is a fun street car ride away from the French quarter. Surrounded by lots of great eating choices. Hotel was super nice, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Pool and hot tub area was awesome -big, open golod seating.
Quiet, friendly staff, clean and a great location. Enjoyed our stay very much. Will stay again on our next visit to New Orleans.
I really liked that it was close to all the restaurants and bourbon street. I also liked that after a certain time, you needed the hotel room key to open the doors. This let me know that a stranger cannot just walk into the hotel.
This is a nice hotel and I will stay there again. The hotel does need a good bit of maintenance and repairs.
Staff isn't very attentive with cleaning. I have yo ask yhem yo clean my room on a firsr day. Then never came to clean my second day.
Was suppose to have city view had view of top of roof which fans made noise and view from corner of window but being that I'm use to noise that didn't bother me earplugs were provided but didn't need them overall the stay was great in the area of everything shooing food and entertainment 😃

There's really no wrong time to visit New Orleans, but you'll get the nicest weather and the most exposure to the city's festivals from February to May. During this time of the year, temperatures average in the mid-70s, so you'll be comfortable whether you're checking out the artists at the annual Jazz Fest or you're reveling in the crowds at Mardi Gras. During this period, hotels in New Orleans tend to book quickly, so plan ahead.
The weather heats up during the summer months, and temperatures in the low 90s are common. Pack your bathing suit and take a dip in your hotel's pool to cool off midday. If you visit during the low season, which runs from November to January, expect cooler temperatures in the lower 60s. New Orleans rarely sees freezing temperatures, so you can leave the heavy winter gear at home.
