Beautiful Lanai & Pool area
The rental was clean & just as described. The backyard lanai & pool area were a dream come true. Even though it was colder than normal weather for our stay we were able to spend a significant time outside enjoying the backyard. We even got in the great pool a couple days. There were a couple days that the neighbor's dogs barked almost all day. We found this very distracting. Thank goodness it wasn't every day. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. We cooked in often and found the house having most everything we could need. We would try to stay here again if we were in the area.

Was a great rental. Clean , comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Had beach stuff to use. I enjoyed sitting outside by pool. Weather was a liittle chilly so didn't get to use pool. Maybe next time.

Cleanliness was immaculate! Pool area was great. Kitchen was wonderful as my wife has a special diet and we cook most meals. Plenty of parks close to enjoy. Close to golf courses

Cozy Home Away from Home
The house was perfect for our family of 4! It was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfy...we slept like babies! The pool area was our favorite! The water was so clear and the weather was perfect! Just a short drive to the beaches, too. Renata and her husband Kris were easy to contact and so accommodating! We loved this trip!

Pool oasis
Perfect location for anyone who likes peace & quiet. The solar pool is amazing. We had three weeks of fun in the pool while visiting family about a mile away. This has been our third year coming to this location.

Beautiful and comfortable! Perfect for us.
We are so very happy that we were able to stay at Renata's place on our trip to visit our son and his family back in Nov/Dec. I have been reminiscing of relaxing on the patio looking at the pool, having nice lunch at the outside table and preparing dinner in the well-appointed kitchen. One of our grandchildren spent a few nights with us and all of the grandchildren had fun in the pool for hours on end. They were cold little frogs but you know kids in a pool! They loved it! Location was great for us as we have family in the area. We hope to make it back to Renata's place again someday. I wouldn't hesitate to re-book this property.

My family and I had a wonderful time at the rental house. My childhood house was 5 house away, so it made it even more memorable. Everything was stocked up. Absolutely zero issues with the property, amenities, or the owners. It was a wonderful time. We will rent again for our trip next year if its available.

Perfect for family
House was perfect for our family. Typically we end up having dinner out most nights when on vacation but this time was much different. The back patio area was perfect for having family dinner right off the grill. Grandkids had a great time swimming even though it was chilly still. Neighborhood was nice too and just a few mins from where my daughter lives.

The property was tastefully decorated and had everything you needed for a successful stay. We valued the washer and dryer being in the garage. We typically like to wash our clothes right before heading home. The pool was such a beautiful view. Unfortunately, we weren't able to use it because it was too cold outside and the solar heating only works when the sun is out; so, it was not on long enough to heat up the pool. The house was clean, plenty of towels, wash cloths, dish detergent, hand soap, etc. The neighborhood is very quiet. We visited family that is in the area. Host was responsive. Overall, a great stay.

A perfect place to stay.
This was our first experience staying at an VRBO and I must say it was a great one. The house was absolutely adorable, had everything you could need and more. The surrounding area was an older, established neighborhood . It was quiet, safe and close to many amenities. Since we have family in the area , this place was perfect for us and when we return we will definitely be booking this home. The host is lovely , easy to reach and very accommodative. I highly recommend this property.

Very clean property! Loved that it’s fully stocked with cooking utensils as well as dishes. Very cozy and convenient pool. Host has 5 star worthy hospitality and makes herself available. Would highly recommend!

Great Place
We loved the property, and Renata was very responsive to questions. The pool has a solar heater, and there was a cold snap when we arrived, so it took a day or two to warm up. The backyard and tiki bar are very nice. The neighborhood was ok, and this property is one of the nicest on the street. We liked the use of the garage for bicycles and beach items. All of the beaches required a drive, they were on the other side of the Anclote river. They were all nice - We liked Honeymoon Island causeway the best as we could park our car right at the waters edge. Tarpon Springs downtown and sponge docks were really cute areas. The Pinellas and Anclote bike paths were also really nice. We would stay here again, and recommend it to friends.

Very nice, cozy house that is not that far from some amazing attractions.
We enjoyed 5 days. The house was very clean. Beautiful swimming pool. Unfortunately it was very cold the days we stayed and the pool was too chilly to get in.

This was perfect for our family of 4! It was easy to feel right at home. Everything we needed was there, it was as if Renata had anticipated our needs. Communication was excellent, we were provided with information upon arrival that was extremely helpful (what day trash day was/where the nearest grocery store was). We will definetly be staying here again. Highly recommend!

This was my first stay with a VRBO and I am very happy and pleased with the outcome. The house was in a excellent neighborhood I felt very safe. The location of the house was convenient to all major locations. The house was family friendly. The pool was excellent and clean. The decor in the house was cute. There was extra blankets, towels and toiletries provided….. My sister did a VRBO about 15 minutes from me and paid the same price and her place was in a terrible area and the sofas smelt like pee.

Beautifully updated home. Nicely decorated. Pool/lanai was great. Kitchen a bit under stocked.
Overall very good. Delightful stay and super cute home. One bathroom in need of updating, and kitchen could use some things like measuring cups and spoons (minor detail).

Beautiful, well-equipped house. The pool was incredible and the solar heater kept the pool water at a comfortable temperature. We had a problem with the WiFi the first day, but Renata was quick to respond and it was fixed promptly. We were pleasantly surprised to find a new kitchen had been installed!

We stayed for 6 nights and had a wonderful time. I was a bit nervous about them getting to the pool unsupervised but the patio door has a double lock so it's very child proof. The house is beautifully decorated and very well worth the price.

Property is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Home was clean and the grandkids LOVED the pool. Location is a couple of minutes off of US 19 Overall we all were really relaxed. Our only problem there was no local channels to watch the latest news but the movie channels rocked Overall we will want to rent this home again

New Port Richey House
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in New Port Richey. The house is very comfortable and nicely decorated. It's small but we never felt cramped even when we had guests for several days. Renata is great to work with and is quick to reply to any questions. The best part of the property is the fantastic patio and pool area. It was so relaxing to sit outside even when it rained since the patio is covered. My husband's favorite feature was the gas grill. There was also a new washer and dryer for our use. The city of New Port Richey boasts several parks. Great for picnics and walking the nature trails. We would definitely stay here again.
